Large Lake Como Villa with 7 + Bedrooms

As I approached the property, with one singe glance, it is evident that Villa Beatrice exudes history, grace, and magnificence! Situated by the Griante on the west shore of Lake Como, the position of the Villa offers unobstructed and panoramic views of the water below and the mountains above up to the towering white tops of the Alps. From the angle of the property perched high above the lake you will enjoy endless breezes and bright colors that reflect off of the lake. Directly across the way, you can gaze upon the whimsical and picturesque village of Bellagio, with views of the dramatic Alpine in your backdrop. I visited this property in 2015 in early evening; I returned the following day to photograph the property Words can't describe the views of the lake under the reflection of the sun. It is quite spectacular.

Known for its rugged scenery and deep blue waters, this lake is also one of the deepest in Europe. The Villa offers unparalleled mountain views of this idyllic area of Italy amid refinements fit for aristocracy. The entrance of Villa beatures a beautiful stone fountain and large waterfall. Saunter into an elegant foyer with fifteen foot ceilings, a crystal chandelier, and a marble staircase and floors. The left staircase leads to the first floor where four bedrooms are located. The right leads to the modern living room with comfortable couches and a Yamaha grand piano. An attached ”˜lake front' sitting room offers lounge chairs and amazing views of the lake. You will also find a study with an antique oak desk and marble fireplace as well as an enchanting formal dining area.

The entrance of Villa has a beautiful stone fountain and large waterfall at the entrance. There is a grand foyer in both the first and second stories with fifteen foot ceilings, a crystal chandelier, with a marble staircase and floors. The left staircase leads to the first floor where four bedrooms are located (see specifics for sleeping beds below) and a higher level for additional bedrooms. Seven outstanding bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests at Villa. Five of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, and you will find a variety of sleeping arrangements including kings, queens, doubles, a twin and a futon in the loft space. The finest linens provide soothing nights of rest.

There is separate structure across the Villa in a private unit tucked away with a full spa and a fully equipped gym. There is a deep tub for hot steam soaking and tranquility. Little could compare to the splendor of the super-panoramic deck and terrace area with an infinity swimming pool overlooking the garden and lake. From the infinity pool you can see Bellagio across the lake.

The grounds feature a covered stone patio deck with chaise lounge chairs and surround sound, while the heated pool includes LED lighting and a grand waterfall. One end of the garden features a vegetable section, olive trees and a spice garden, while the other end offers a large, cast iron and stone gazebo with a stone oval tea table and a separate dining table, all overlooking the gorgeous lake, from many angles you can see an unobstructed view of Bellagio across the Lake. There are many areas for al fresco dining and outdoor lounging under the sun and stars, both above and behind the pool and below to the large outdoor dining area.
