Old town Cavtat,beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, swimming pools, ,together with nice walking areas, beautiful promenade with popular rate restaurants, coffee bars, tennis courts, supermarket, bank, post office etc. are within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Modern Sea-view apartments are situated in a very peaceful place where every morning you can enjoy in a lovely birds singing, but we are also just a 350m walking distance from the main Cavtat beach and 500 meters from the medieval town of Cavtat. It has a beautiful view of Cavtat bay and beyond of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
The apartment ensures complete privacy and comfort. It consists of a double bedroom , bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a living room with terracce/balcony.
The commodious living room comprises of a comfortable sofa ( for 2 persons sleeping ), table, TV- sat, free WiFi, air condition . The kitchen is very sleek and modern and comes fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine) to make your visit more comfortable. Bedroom space consists of a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and one more extra single bed. The bathroom is complete with standard utilities and includes a washing machine and hairdryer.
The apartment has its own parking space. Bed linen and towels are provided. Several restaurants, big supermarket, caffé bars, a fitness center, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.

The tourist taxes and everything is included in the price.
Appt has got a beautiful sea-view to Cavtat bay and Dubrovnik Old town.

Appt is near the sea, but there are also grocery, children
playground and hotels swimming pools near by free to use, if you like that.
We will help you with all informations you need here, and we have got opportunity to offer you a discount boat tickets to Dubrovnik and the Island trips.

If you are coming by plane we do transfer service for a special price for you from and back to the airport.
If you are coming by car there is a free private parking in front.

A lovely and quiet location

Amazing

Marina and Ivo were amazing and very accommodating. Lovely family. Apartment was spotless, light and airy and extremely comfortable bed. Our outside patio with sea views had sun through out the day and amazing sunsets every night. Our hosts treated us like friends not customers and even baked a birthday cake when they found out it was our birthdays. Highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you again Marina and Ivo

Vacation perfection!

My husband and I just returned home from our 8 night stay at Marinas 1 bedroom flat. Every bit of this flat is displayed perfectly-it is clean, comfortable and well appointed-but what you can’t experience in pictures is the pure relaxation you get while sitting out on the terrace with a cup of coffee enjoying the view. On a clear day you can see Old Town Dubrovnik across the bay and in the evenings a perfect sunset is front and center. Cavtat is a nice laid back town to escape the hustle and bustle but close enough to venture to Old Town when desired. Nearby stores and shops are all within walking distance. Our host Marina made our second visit to Croatia a most memorable one. She was very helpful in giving some ideas of local areas to go explore since we had a rental car for our stay. We have now found some great areas to bring our family back to. She makes you feel like a friend and not just a guest, present but not overbearing, truly wanting you to enjoy every part of your stay. We were 2 days into our trip before we were planning our next……and we will for sure be staying here again! Bonus- Fresh baked goodies were a wonderful surprise!!

Total nette Vermieterin !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Die Wohnung ist nicht groß aber für 2 völlig in Ordnung. Auch war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche hat nur 2 Herdplatten und keinen Geschirrspüler aber das ist ja eigentlich völlig ausreichend. Der Meerblick ist super schön und wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung was sehr angenehm war. Herausragend war die Betreuung von Marina der super netten Vermieterin. Sie hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns gleich gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Region gegeben. Marina wohnt gleich oberhalb und war sofort zur Stelle wenn man mal was gebraucht hat. Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel überrascht der sehr lecker war. Vielen Dank nochmals Marina für alles ! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in Cavtat bei Marina und Ivo. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert, dass wir entspannte Tage verbringen können. Vom Flughafentransfer, über Tickets für Bootstouren bis hin zum selbstgebackenen Apfelstrudel. Man möchte gar nicht an die Rückreise denken!! Nur zu empfehlen! Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Marina!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Gastgeber

Wenn ihr diese Ferienwohnung bucht, habt ihr alles richtig gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und richtig nette Gastgeber. Angefangen über Bettwäsche und Handtücher bis hin zum Toilettenpapier ist alles vorhanden. Marina und ivo helfen wo sie können. Man kann immer fragen und sie wissen viel über die Umgebung. Wir sind sehr begeistert. Bis jetzt die beste Ferienwohnung wo wir waren!
