Gardaliva2: with lake view in small residence near to the lake

We warmly welcome you to our Residence Gardaliva built in 2019!



Located about 450 meters on foot from the beach and the lakefront, the residence has 5 apartments of different types, studied in detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.



The complex is surrounded by a lovely well-kept garden with an infinity pool and each apartment has a reserved parking space.



The Red Duplex 1 apartment, divided over two floors, is an elegant and refined solution, ideal for families, completely newly furnished, and equipped with TV, Wifi and air conditioning.



On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, dining table with chairs, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle and toilett without shower..



The living room leads to a spacious covered terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.



From here there is access to the common garden and the swimming pool suitable also for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).



The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with TV, a bedroom with two single beds, a third open space area with a foldaway double bed and a large bathroom with shower.



The double bedroom leads to the covered terrace furnished with comfortable armchairs and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool.



A shared washing machine is available free of charge for our guests.



Residence Gardaliva is a perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic stay for a couple.



All our guests will receive a welcome gift with typical products of the area.



Manerba del Garda is also a starting point for bicycle excursions and visits to local wineries.





In a few minutes you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.



To experience strong emotions, we recommend our guests a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point to dominate the lake from above.



For shopping, you can reach Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away.



To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
