Our home is cleaned by a professional service that follows the current cleaning protocols to ensure your comfort. Enjoy some quality down-time away from your busy lives in this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large backyard including a recently refurbished pool and spa. Located in a quiet neighborhood in desirable South Palm Desert, this home is close to exciting El Paseo shopping and dining.

This home features an open floor plan that allows your conversation to flow freely from the kitchen to the living/dining room. The living/dining room has a large flat screen TV and a modern gas fireplace can be lit up on those cooler winter evenings. The dining table seats eight. The living room provides direct access to the large back yard through two large sliding doors which offer attractive views of the pool, spa and surrounding landscaping.

The kitchen comes granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all of your modern day conveniences allowing you to serve up a delicious meal while your guests sit at the kitchen island and enjoy their favorite drink. Coffee and tea will be provided and there are some basic spices and herbs as well.

The Tranquil Island bedroom features a King size bed, a flat screen TV, room-darkening shades and an ensuite bathroom. It also provides private access to the back yard pool and spa. The Tranquil Garden Bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The Tranquil Sea Bedroom offers two twin beds, as well as a flat screen TV, so bring the kids or grand kids. While this bedroom is appropriate for children, we have ensured that it would also suit the needs of adults. The twin beds can be adjusted to form a single king-sized bed. Just notify us at the time of booking and we can arrange that for you. All three bedrooms have dressers and large closets with hangers.

The gorgeous and peaceful north-facing backyard features a newly renovated pool and spa, a large Weber gas barbecue, a covered outdoor dining area that seats six, a fire pit with seating for six and comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. The fire pit can be easily converted to a chat table. There is a portable pool alarm and shallow-end barrier available for use by guests if desired. A back-yard lawn with a large shade tree and orange trees adjoins the pool area. Feel free to pick fresh Valencia oranges from the trees when in season.

This house has been equipped with all the conveniences of a modern, smart home. The living room and each of the bedrooms has a smart TV. Each TV offers streaming Netflix and other internet entertainment. Additionally, the living room TV is provided with YouTube TV for our long-term guests and has been upgraded with a sound system to enhance your listening pleasure.

We provide high speed internet as well as a portable table and chair for guests who wish to use the home for remote working.

Our long-term guests (28 days or more) automatically receive a 35% discount off the daily posted rates and enjoy interim cleaning (except laundry) at owner's expense.

The pool comes equipped with easy to operate spa controls. Spa heating is included in nightly rental rate, but pool heating is optional. If you wish to have the pool heated (to 82 deg. F) the following fees per rental day apply:

These fees offset the actual cost for heating the pool. The pool may be heated for a part of your stay, provided the days are contiguous. Please notify us at least four days in advance if you wish to have the pool heated. The pool is not heated during the months of June, July, August, and September as it is not necessary. However, the spa may still be heated.

For guests who choose not to have the pool heated, a heated community pool is located about two miles from the house at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center. Please see their website for more details.

We provide a range of pool toys, as well as Croquet and Ladderball for game entertainment on the back lawn. We also provide a variety of board games and card games for added entertainment. Relaxing or having fun here is what it's all about - you decide. This home was our family home and has provided much comfort and enjoyment to our family. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay.

We provide starter supplies of basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc.).

For bookings made six months or more prior to check-in, arrangements can be made upon request for making a deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to check-in.

We do have cameras located in the front yard and doorbell only. This is for our guests' security and safety.
