Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kW per day is included within the rental price. In the event of exceeding this, extra kW will be charged at the current market price. The price per kWh will be indicated in the rental contract.



Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, in the living room and the 3 bedrooms.

We remind you that air conditioning units quickly cool the room if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave them running if you are not at home.



What dimension does the swimming pool have?

It measures 4 x 8m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.70m.



How are the beds?

There are 2 double beds of 180x190cm and 160x190cm, a bunk bed with a single bed on top of 90x190cm and below of 135x190cm



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
