La combinación perfecta de hermosas vistas y total privacidad.
Villa Mirador se encuentra en grandes terrenos privados en una ubicación envidiable entre olivares en las estribaciones de los Pirineos, sobre la localidad costera de Roses. Está al final de una carretera sin salida directamente al lado del Parque Nacional 'Cap de Creus', y ninguna otra propiedad lo pasa por alto. Las vistas son impresionantes desde todos los aspectos. Al oeste, el campo y las puestas de sol sobre los Pirineos, y al sur, la bahía de Roses. Las fotos de todos los lados muestran la ubicación privada. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa se accede directamente desde la gran cocina moderna. También se accede al área de la piscina desde el dormitorio 4 (un diseño perfecto para padres con niños pequeños que duermen durante el día). Equipamiento para bebés (cunas, tronas, puerta de la escalera), bajo petición. Renovado a un nivel muy alto por dentro y por fuera. Con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños es ideal para familias numerosas o 2 familias compartiendo. Pase sus vacaciones disfrutando de las impresionantes vistas del Mediterráneo, los Pirineos y las impresionantes puestas de sol. Encontrará que el área local tiene mucho que ofrecer. The view was amazingThe Villa was fine, in some areas it was looking tired.The outside area there wasn't a hose pipe so we couldn't clean the seating area.We didn't sit out there in the evening, The same as the upstairs balcony the sits wasn't clean.there was a washing line but it wasn't cleanthere was 8 people a lot of the wardrobes were locked so wasn't much storage for clothes.The sofa was worn and a burn hole in the other one.Not enough towelsalso we was there was 10 days there were no spare sheets to change the bedsPhilip and Jo were really helpful when I asked for more towels we did get some.The Villa could do with a deep clean there were a lot of cob webs.The pictures could do with being updated.

Possibly the most beautiful villa with the most beautiful views ever...

What an amazing holiday! Philip and Joanne were very helpful, providing useful information prior to arrival and then meeting us at the property. As soon as we walked into the villa, we were blown away by the stunning panoramic views and the sheer beauty of the property. Pictures simply can't portray what your eyes take in, high up, looking down on the surounding area. The sunsets are an incredible photo oportunity too, especially combined with the large infinity pool. All the rooms inside are simply stunning, very clean and very well laid out. There's a very useful outdoor dining area too. It's a great location to be in, with many excellent restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Mirador and look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating with everything from checking in early to helping us get a very early taxi to take some family members to the airport.

Traumhaus mit Traumhaften Ausblick

8 wunderschöne Tage haben wir in der Villa verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, den Pool haben wir reichlich benutzt, der Ausblick einfach umwerfend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank auch an Joanne und Philip die sich bestens um uns gekümmert haben. 👍

Moeilijk te overtreffen!

Schitterende, schone woning met alle comfort op een moeilijk te overtreffen locatie. Groot zwembad. Prachtig uitzicht over de Baai van Roses en omgeving. Bijzonder rustige omgeving. Een natuurpark als buur. Prachtige zonsondergang achter de bergen. Echt een aanrader voor wie van rust en stilte houdt. Gastheer Philip is steeds gemakkelijk bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam.

Sensationelle Aussicht

Wir sind sehr nett von Philip und Joanne empfangen worden, die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Bucht von Roses ist atemberaubend schön. Besonders in der Dämmerung, wenn die Beleuchtung der Häuser und Straßen eingeschaltet wird. Wir haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut durchdacht und der Pool ein Traum. Küche top. Auch der Schreibtisch war für unsere Studentenkinder sehr praktisch. Die Wege, die Natur rund um das Haus haben auch unseren Hund begeistert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Philip und Joanne sind tolle Gastgeber und stehen mit vielen Tipps bereit und sind immer hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war super!

Traumhafte Location in sensationeller Lage

Über den Dächern von Roses gelegen bieten die Villa Mirador einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von Roses. Ruhig gelegen ist hier alles auf Entspannung ausgelegt in gehobener Atmosphäre. Der Pool in Spaniens Sonne erzeugt ein perfektes Urlaubsgefühl. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Incredible property

This house is exceptional : exceptionally located next to the national park, with a large enough land so that you cannot be seen by neighbours and you hear no noise, great walks from the place. Exceptional 180 degrees view on the sea and from Roses to the Pyrenees. Luxurious property inside, biber optic broadband connection to work from home in a study with the great views (hard to work !). Exceptional owners always available and thinking creatively at what our needs could be (they even provided a Spanish speaking chaperon for my teenage daughter when we needed to work), perfectly equipped house with a lovely terrace and sun patio, the smell of Eucalyptus and pine trees, etc We will come back !

Un petit havre de paix

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa mirador. La villa est magnifique, très soignée , propre, fonctionnelle , dans un cadre privilegié, un environnement paisible avec une magnifique vue dégagée donnant sur la mer , une végétation méditerranéenne luxuriante à perte de vue avec en toile de fond la chaîne des Pyrénées. Que demander de plus ? Une villa où le temps s’arrête , où l’on déconnecte .. Encore merci à Philip pour son accueil, sa discrétion et sa disponibilité . Un vrai coup de cœur , nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

A holiday gem!

After a long day of travelling, Philip and Joanne gave us a very warm welcome, having kindly rung us before the allotted 4.00pm arrival time to say the villa was all ready. We were grateful for that! They gave us a comprehensive tour of the villa, made sure we knew how to contact them should there be any issues, and left us to marvel in the stunning setting of Villa Mirador. It is in a spectacular location with stunning views from almost every room. Peace and quiet in abundance but no feeling of isolation. Inside, the villa is spotless and modern, particularly the kitchen which has everything one might need and is ideally situated next to the BBQ, terrace and pool area. The beds are very comfortable, as are the light and airy bedrooms, with modern bathroom facilities, air-conditioning and good cupboard storage. The pool area is wonderful, with both sunny and shady areas to lie/sit in, all enjoying the fabulous vista, and again is spotless. There is a comprehensive drawer full of leaflets, maps and books about the area, and you can rest assured that if you need to know anything else, Philip and Joanne will help you out immediately! A choice of excellent supermarkets is only a few minutes drive down the hill, making the villa ideally sited for early morning fresh baguettes! We have returned to the UK refreshed and have had a truly relaxing holiday in a really lovely villa. We would recommend this villa ( and the owners!) unreservedly.

Le bon : Belle villa .. emplacement idéal . Vue superbe .. belle pièces de vie .. bien agencé.. le moins bon : piscine très fraîche non chauffé , moustique à volonté, guêpes impossible de manger dehors , pas assez de pression d’eau en haut quand une personne prend une douche en bas ou autre .. plus d’eau en haut .. à revoir !! Pour 3 personnes ?? Si 7 ou 8 personnes je pense qu’il y aurait un gros problème d’eau .. autrement villa convenable .. Cdlt

Beautiful location. Ideal for our family break.

We had a lovely short break with our 2 children. The villa is located overlooking the whole of the bay of Roses. You see the sun set over the mountains too! The pool is beautiful and totally private. There is a large top step where the children paddled, even in March! The villa is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well appointed next to the barbecue area. There is a large shady area to sit and eat. The weather was amazing considering we visited in March.

Stunning vista

Our week here was just just glorious. The villa is high on a hillside overlooking the town of roses. You are at the end of a no through road next to a national park, so wonderfully peaceful yet not isolated. The views from the pool , sun terrace and virtually every room inside are simply stunning. You can see for miles , from all along the coastline to the mountains. Inside the villa is modern and high spec, with bags of space. Philip and jo met us at the villa and were very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa.

Fantastic Villa and Setting

The property had excellent facilities and was maintained to a very high standard. We had a very friendly welcome from the owners and were told to contact them if we had any problems. The swimming pool was attended to twice during our one week stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of a private setting with fantastic views. The local restaurant, the Balkan, was very welcoming and food good. We spent a day visiting in the local National Park and also a visit to the Greek and Roman cities at Empuries. The family went paddle boarding and did a diving course and we enjoyed a half day boat trip. We would thoroughly recommend this property .

Lovely home with beautiful views.

The view of the sunset over the infinity pool is quite amazing, we can't get enough of it. We took more than 100 photos of just the sunset alone! :) Views of the mountains and the Mediterranean are beautiful as well. The location is perfect, very private and peaceful and close to many medieval towns which are one of the coolest places to visit. Thank you Phillip and Joanne for sharing your lovely home with us!!! :)

We moved to Spain to enjoy a 'better life'. We spent several months deciding where to settle and decided this area was the best place due to the unspoilt beauty of the area. We enjoy living in our villa in the Winter and move out in the Summer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We wanted to find a unique property. For us the location is the most important thing. We wanted to find the perfect combination of beautiful views and total privacy. It took us several months of searching, but eventually we found it! We renovated the property throughout. We never tire of the views and when we move back after the Summer we appreciate the beauty all over again! To see the Mediterranean in front and the sun set behind the Pyrenees to the side with nothing to obscure the view is amazing.

Total privacy, fantastic views and peace and quiet. Sunrise over the foothills of the Pyrenees and sunsets over the Pyrenees. It is very unusual to find a villa where it is not overlooked by any other houses with such amazing views. The villa is directly located next to the countryside.
