Casa Llamedos is a 4 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet area between Lagoa and Carvoeiro. Being absolutely private, it is at the same time near to supermarkets and only a five minute drive from the center of Carvoeiro. Numerous well know beaches, such as Benagil or Marinha are only 10 minute drives.
Decorated with fine style, Casa Llamedos is a ground floor villa, with 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 with two single beds), being one double with en suite bathroom, this villa offers private parking, private swimming pool and a beautiful landscape garden . Perfect for a relaxed holiday! If you have children, they will definitely enjoy the ping pong table, the pool area and the huge garden.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy many courses: Quinta do Gramacho and Vale da Pinta, plus Silves and Alvor are all close. For fun loving families both the Slide & Splash and Aqualand water parks are also within a ten minute drive.

Big house and pool

It is a big, modern and well equipped house with spacious rooms. The kitchen is huge and with all you need. The pool and the pool area is really nice and safe. The good thing about the pool is that it is big and deep in one end. We had good communication with owner. We are very satisfied and recommend this place.

Nice and modern house for Portugal standard

A really nice stay. Great pool area and 8 sunbeds. The house is in good standard and the kitchen very good equiped. 3 good bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a small bed. Too small for 2 adults. 2 large bathrooms and 1 small. We did not use the barbecue area, as it was totally rusty. Good communication with Christina before and during our stay. We strongly recommend this house.

Even better than the description and photos!

This is a lovely villa, set in an elevated position, with a view out over nice, sparsely populated countryside and a vineyard. It is completely private and thanks to its' position and planting is not overlooked. The house sits in a particularly large plot, with mature trees and shrubs, together with some new planting. It is protected by electric gates and has a drive with ample parking for multiple vehicles. It is located up a short dirt track, off the main road between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, meaning that access to all the surrounding areas is very straightforward, using the patchwork of local roads. Intermarche and Apolonia are just a few minutes away. The clean, larger than average pool is surrounded by a good-sized sunbathing area, with good quality sun loungers. All the rooms are large, and the supplied equipment and appliances are all good quality and in good working order. The beds were comfortable and there are built in wardrobes with plenty of hangers in all the bedrooms. The bathrooms are well equipped and modern, with ample hot water and flow. Due to the layout, it would be easy for two families to separate out the bedrooms/bathrooms. As 1 x Double, I x twin, 1 x bathroom, all off a vestibule from the lounge, with separate door, then 2 x double, 1 with en-suite and 1 with a separate shower & WC, off the hall. An added benefit is a good stable internet connection (85mbps up 47mbps down) with easy QR code connection. Also, a 65” OLED TV, with built in Apple TV. Right from the first enquiry, communication with Cristina the owner was really quick, efficient, helpful and pleasant. There is very little not to like about this villa, and it will be very high on our list for a return visit.

Lots of space !

This villa is huge, inside and out. The villa itself is very spacious, every room is big, would be plenty big enough for 2 families. The layout is great. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and it’s very private and secure. The pool is excellent. The outside dinning is perfect and over looks the pool, gardens and views. We would highly recommend this property. The host is a pleasure to communicate with and responds very quickly. Plenty of supermarkets very near by. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.
