The house is a sanctuary within Edinburgh (just 8 minutes drive to West End) with an enormous garden with fruit trees, occasional deer, overlooking a golf course and opposite a Castle! House has been recently renovated & comprises 4 bedrooms, open plan kitchen- living room with glass doors to garden, 2nd living room/ playroom, 3 beautiful bathrooms, separate utility. Parking in driveway for 6 cars, close to bus stops, supermarket & coffee shop. 2km to Cramond sandy beach and 6km to Edinburgh city centre. We hope you love it.
