Beautiful home in Rotonda West

Calusa is a beautiful villa in Rotonda West, Florida. Suitable for families we are in the perfect location for the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast and close to several golf courses. Within easy drive of the Busch Gardens, the Everglades and the Orlando theme parks. The villa is immaculately equipped and furnished and has wonderful river and canal views from the large pool deck with a southern aspect. Free wifi throughout, and TV in every bedroom as well as the lounge and den/office.

Please note, we have security cameras installed outside at the front and back of the property, as well as the garage.

We are located in a quiet, deed restricted residential area and request guests are mindful of this.

Great house

This house saved our stay in Florida. We planned the vacation before the hurricanes and did not realize all the beaches would still be closed through the new year. The pool and hot tub really made our Florida vacation memorable. The house is set up perfectly for two families to share and have plenty of their own space.

Relaxing getaway

When we were looking for a place to stay we wanted someplace with plenty of rooms for family to stay and this property definitely delivered!! We were visiting our children and grandchildren that live in englewood and this house was only 7 minutes from them and allowed us to spend as much time with them as possible!! It is also very close to the beach which was another one of the attractions we definitely wanted to enjoy!! We loved the location also because it was such a nice neighborhood, so quiet and beautiful and right on the canal!! We loved the visit there, only sad we couldn't stay longer. We would definitely stay there again!!

House is beautiful, very spacious, very comfortable, most all things u would need on vacation, the pool is big and the hot tub was fantastic, wasen't wild about the location but had a great stay. The staff was very friendly.

Our VRBO experience ..3/20-27/21

Upon our arrival we noticed that there was a lack of lawn maintenance..outside appearance of the home needs some maintenance also...over growth of vegetation and fence post was leaning against the pool cage screen...bicycles all had flat tires(4)...We called and a very nice lady brought us a hand pump....later in the week we discovered an electric pump on a shelf in the laundry roo.m Pool guy showed up on Thursday and was there , not 5 minutes..he administered some liquid chlorine walked around the pool using a hand held pool skimmer and left..never checked.pool pump or circulation ..skimmer was not working at all..there was no pool supplies or equipment on site for us to use to try and keep pool clean....we did enjoy use of beach chairs and pool floats. The house was very comfortable and enjoyable. Not completely satisfied and I think the owner is overpaying his Services people.That property was not ready on the outside and the pool needs better maintenance....Thank You
