Family house Folo consists of 5 apartments and is situated in an attractive part of Rovinj - only 1,5 km away from the town centre and 350 m from the Cuvi beach. The simply furnished apartment A5 is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, water kettle, coffee machine) with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and two nice furnished terraces -one covered an the other with sunshade. Satellite TV is available in one of the bedrooms. Only one pet is allowed, with an additional charge of 10,00 € per night. The city center is only 1,5 km away from the apartment offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach, the city, the shops, restaurants, coffees and the night life of Rovinj. The location also offers you the possibility to make many day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec or the popular tourist locations in the central Istria. Youth groups are not allowed. Non sono ammessi gruppi di giovani.
