We are happy to offer you this front-line studio located in Puerto Pollensa which has been recently refurbished in a very modern style, it has a lovely balcony with amazing views towards the Pollensa bay and the beach.
Upon entering the apartment there is a lounge dining and an open plan fitted kitchenette. To the left there is a small bathroom with a shower room and an open bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning is also available in the dining room, as well as satellite TV. The property also has a balcony with a table and chairs for two people. The views there, facing the bay, are fantastic. Also the apartment has an upper terrace which is accessed by an exterior staircase, this terrace has two sun loungers for you to enjoy the lovely view.
The apartment is just a few metres away from the beach and only a few minutes’ walking to the centre of Puerto Pollensa, to the La Gola natural park, and to a broad selection of shops and restaurants of any type.
Finally, we should point out that the apartment also offers a private parking area.

Perfect apartment and fantastic location on frontline
My wife & I absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect location for access to the local bars, restaurants and beach.
Watching the sunrise in the morning with 1st cup of coffee just 👌🌅
Then off cycling and/or running ☀️🚴♂️🚴♀️🏃♀️🇪🇸

Second year for us in this particular apartment, the location suits us down to the ground , opposite the beach . At the quite end of town but with good restaurants within 5 minute walk
Apartment is a good size for 2 people, even the bike fits in nicely
