Great cabin near the South Holston river
3 of us came from Charlotte for a fly fishing weekend. The house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of space in the house. Walking distance to a great stretch of the s. holston river for fishing. The patio, firepit and yard was beautiful and allowed us to spend a ton of time comfortably outside. I would definitely book this place again.
Great place to stay to fish the South Holston
Well appointed house to fish the South Holston River. Wading access to a great area of the river. Nice finishes on the interior. Great patio and fire pit. I will be back. I make several trips per year to fish.
Larger than Expected
Really enjoyed staying here. Much nicer than I was expecting and much larger too.
Excellent location for fishing access
My son and I stayed here Dec 17-21 and fished for the four days. The house is nicely renovated and in a very convenient location. It was bigger than just the two of needed but it was a great option for our needs. Will definitely book again!
Place was very clean and updated. Had everything we needed. Deck and patio with firepit outside was great to have. We are returning again we loved it so much
Views not as advertised. No water view whatsoever.
House was clean. Sleeps a lot of people. However, master bedroom was upstairs and stairs were steep and narrow with no railing so impossible for me to go upstairs. Manager answered our call when we could not operate the tv. Written instructions would have been nice along with a list of channels. You had to drive a short distance to get to any scenic walking trails. House set right on road.
Thank you for your input. We did add a hand rail on the staircase. I would like to refer people to the list of other reviews that state how great of a fishing cabin this place is.
