Escape to our cozy mountainside retreat, just minutes from downtown Bristol, TN! This charming home features 2 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy indoor games, or head to the pickleball court at the end of the street. Whether you're exploring Bristol or unwinding in nature, our place offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and convenience.
This is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 900 sq ft, two-level home! Inside, you'll find a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs game area, complete with a golf arcade machine, foosball, magnetic darts, cards, and a small putting green. The home offers one queen bed and twin bunk beds, approved for adults with a 325-pound weight limit. All rooms have smart TVs, so you can access your favorite streaming services (no cable available). Enjoy a Keurig coffee machine with pods provided.

Step outside to relax in a private setting surrounded by trees, featuring a hot tub, large Connect 4, cornhole, a charcoal grill, chairs, and a picnic table. At the end of the street, there’s a park with a playground and six pickleball courts. We provide paddles and pickleballs in the outdoor container by the hot tub.

WEATHER ADVISORY* When it snows we recommend parking at bottom of driveway and walking up the driveway. The Driveway is Sloped and it’s not worth the risk of sliding off the hill side. If you choose to drive up it we are not RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO YOUR VEHICLE OR THE BILL FOR THE TOW TRUCK. ITS NOT A long walk at all. Use your judgement. IF BY CHABCE YOU ARE PARKED AT TOP AND IT SNOWS OVERNIGHT. WE HAVE A TRASH CAN FULL OF SALT AND A SPREADER AT THE TOP OF DRIVEWAY, FEEL FREE TO USE ALL YOU LIKE. 🚫 No Parties Policy 🚫

The number of guests listed on your reservation must match the number of people staying overnight at the property. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.

For the safety of our property and guests, we have exterior cameras. If a party is held, VRBO will be notified, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Enjoyed the overnight stay with our kiddos on our way from Nashville to Raleigh. They had a blast playing with the foosball table and we took a dip in the hot tub. Secluded place but not too far off the beaten path. Definitely would say here again.

Jerry was always responsive in a timely manner. We loved the little home. It was so clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. Very private. The game room was fun for two retirees. Our huge Suburban made it difficult to navigate the steep driveway, but we managed ok.

The location was private and we really enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor games the owner provided and the hot tub was nice too. The owner Jerry responded quickly to all of our messages and we would recommend this rental. Our only critique would be to provide more cooking utensils and cookware because we like to cook rather than eat out for every meal and some extra towel hooks in the bathroom would be nice. However we made due with what was provided and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jerry again! If we ever visit Bristol again, we would love to stay in your rental when we do!

This Vrbo was amazing! The place was spotless, beautiful and private! The hot tub was my favorite amenity but it was full of them: coffee machine, washer/dryer, fluffy towels—you name it, they had it! The host also responded super quickly to any questions we had. Mountain side oasis was absolutely wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. Felt like I was away from everything but only minutes to the parkway. Jerry has thought of many extra touches.. fan and sound machine in the bedroom. The hot tub was a plus. Definitely will be staying again when I come back home to visit my family. Great nice and quiet but close enough to everything. If you love nature its great.

Close enough to shopping blackberry bakery great pastries and breakfast sandwiches steelcreek park awesome. Host is great communication. The house is tucked away for enough privacy i like that on vacations everything nice and clean.

Me and my friend had an amazing stay, the location was one of my favorite parts of this oasis! Was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and variety of games, we would definitely stay again.

Mountain retreat

Jerry was very good about the check in process. Very simple. We only stayed one nigh as we were commuting from FL to CT. We able to bring our dog which was a Godsend. Beautiful area. The deer were beautiful to watch. Too many to count. We slept wonderfully. Very quiet and peaceful. The driveway was a little steep but we made it up with a giant truck easily.

What a delightful place to stay.

I stayed at one of Jerry’s homes each year and have never been disappointed. This home though was my favorite. The wild life was a bonus! A beautiful little home, close to a lot of things. I loved and and look forward to staying there next year too.

Everything was so clean. The driveway is very steep but was manageable. The owner was super easy to communicate with when small things came up. The family loved the hot tub. Fabulous place to stay.
