"Casella" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental of 135 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a television, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed, and also benefits from access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, offering 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width, with its own exit to the terrace as well. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, making it well suited for additional guests. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and a second open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only. The bathroom features both a bath and a shower, and there is a separate WC. The property also includes a terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, a box-room for storage, and a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
