The Grand app. RDC unit is a 3-room apartment with a living area of 52 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It features a living/sleeping room equipped with two double sofa beds, a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, and another room with two beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchenette comes with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

Amenities Included
The Grand app. RDC unit offers several amenities for your convenience and comfort during your vacation. It is equipped with two showers and two toilets, electric heating, and air conditioning. There are two terraces measuring 6 square meters each, complete with terrace furniture. Additionally, the unit provides a baby cot for infants up to 2 years old and internet access (WiFi) for an extra charge.
