¡Bienvenido a Sunset Point! Nuestro alquiler de vacaciones sereno y privado ubicado en el punto histórico de Argel. Ubicados en una calle segura y bien iluminada, somos uno de los alquileres vacacionales más cercanos al ferry. Nuestro edificio contiene dos apartamentos para invitados, una unidad de propietario y una tienda de regalos. Vivimos en locales y estamos aquí 12-24 horas al día, por lo que siempre estamos aquí para ayudar.

Somos una construcción completamente nueva, terminada en abril de 2017.

Su espacio contiene 1 habitación con una cama queen, 1 baño con ducha / bañera combinada, mucho espacio en el baño, una cocina completa con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, estufa y horno, mesa de desayuno, televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 60 " , un sofá cama, wifi y tu propio porche privado. Esta unidad está ubicada en el primer piso y cuenta con aire y calefacción central. Abastecemos el espacio con ropa de cama, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, bocadillos, agua, café y otros bocadillos. Está decorado con arte de artistas de Louisiana.

También podemos ofrecer juguetes, empacar y jugar u otro equipo para bebés. Por favor, háganos saber de antemano.

Nuestro vecindario cuenta con bares, música en vivo, restaurantes, espacios verdes, un hermoso dique pavimentado, parques, una galería de vidrio soplado, una galería de arte interactiva para niños y nuestra hermosa TIENDA DE REGALOS, ubicada justo al lado.

Para que nuestra propiedad huela fresca y limpia, este es un EDIFICIO PARA NO FUMADORES. NO se permite fumar dentro o fuera del edificio. Esto incluye el patio trasero y el porche delantero. Se aplicará una tarifa de limpieza no reembolsable de $ 200 si se infringe esta regla.

PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA:

Si se registra entre las 3 p.m. y las 8 p.m., estaremos encantados de recibirlo, darle las llaves y mostrarle la propiedad. También nos complace acomodar su llegada tardía. La llave se puede encontrar en la caja de seguridad ubicada junto a la puerta principal de la propiedad detrás del poste de la barandilla. Si realiza la verificación después de las 8 p. M., Contáctenos para recibir un código de clave de la caja de seguridad mediante una llamada telefónica, un mensaje VRBO o un texto.

Excellent location and very easy car parking. I loved the comfortable couch and the same goes for the bedroom. Kitchen had most everything needed to make simple meals and all in excellent shape. We loved it so much we booked 2 weeks in January !

This property was a wonderful location directly across from the water taxi. I could be in the French Quarter within 10 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet yet I was a water taxi right away from Bourbon Street. There was an amazing taco stand a few blocks behind me. I plan on staying here in the future.

Great location, beautiful place

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We were there for the jazz festival and worried about getting back and forth to the fairgrounds. The ferry was convenient, short walk to shuttle, all worked out easily. We only briefly met our host - she was very nice and friendly. With no problems and a busy festival schedule, we never needed to contact her but felt that if we needed anything, it would have been provided. Great stay!

Great location!

This condo is in a great location! It’s cute, clean and close to a lot of great places to eat and shop. Try the red beans and rice at the Dry Dock Cafe and One Stone or Toot De Suite Cafe for breakfast, all are within a 10 minute walk from the condo. About a 5 minute walk and you are at the Algiers Ferry which for $2 will take you across the river to the foot of Canal St. An Uber from the quarter to the condo will run you about $15-$20. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe!

This was our first time visiting New Orleans and I'm so glad we chose to stay at this property. It is on the Mississippi River and has a fantastic view of the city. If you want to go to the city, buy a Jazzy pass, and you can walk right to the ferry, jump on, and have a streetcar take you too explore. Or you can just walk. Bea was a perfect hostess. We had plenty of privacy and she was close by if we needed anything. The condo was so clean and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We were so pleased with the apartment. Communication was great, access instructions comprehensive. Parking was always available, the apartment is well equipped with little added touches of coffee, shampoo, conditioner etc. The beds were comfortable. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the steamers on the Mississippi. The ferry across from Algiers Point to the French Quarter is a 5 minute walk away and the crossing is very quick and only $2 each way. A real find. If we return to New Orleans we would definitely chose to stay here again. A beautiful apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Be sure the try the Italian restaurant by the ferry port for great food, thanks for recommending it to us.

Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here the week before Halloween. The rental is exactly as pictured and so very clean and comfortable! PROS: *Great location! Easily walk to the ferry to go into the city. Beautiful views from atop the levee. Short walk to several eateries on Algiers Point. *Quiet neighborhood. *Clean & comfortable space. Very comfortable bed and pull-out couch. *Plenty of accommodations. Lots of bath linens and kitchen supplies. Extra pillows and blankets. Spacious closet. *Free parking in front of unit. *Easy check-in and check-out. *Very responsive owner! Any time we contacted the owner, she replied almost immediately. CONS: *Not wheelchair accessible. Must be able to go up a few steps to access unit. *Only 1 mode of public transportation after the ferry stops running at night. The public bus (103-O, which stops 1 block from rental) is perfectly fine, but the bus-stop locations in the city late at night after you're done partying on Bourbon Street are in sketchy/potentially unsafe areas. Plan on using Lyft or Uber if you don't drive your own vehicle.

Best Stay in NOLA

We have done several rentals in NOLA over the years and feel this stay was the best experience yet! It was clean, beautiful, peaceful and a great location if you’re looking for a spot that is removed from the chaos of the French Quarter, but is only a short ferry ride away if you’re feeling the need to go there. Perfect location.

We were in a perfect place for easy access to the ferry. When the fairy was shut down due to fog, we were able to catch the bus at the same place. We felt very safe.

Sunset Point

We had a great stay in old Algiers. The location of the property is just perfect. There is a fitness trail right across the street and you can sit on the front porch and listen to the boats going by (while saying hello to passersby as everyone is super friendly). The neighborhood is really nice as well, loads of history. Would definitely recommend staying here 😁

We chose to live in Algiers Point, because it offers the best of both worlds. On this side of the river, things have a slower pace. It is amazingly quiet and peaceful as well as safe. When you are ready for a night out, simply jump on the ferry and travel to the French Quarter or Central Business District in about 10 minutes.

After living in Algiers Point for about 10 years, we purchased this piece of land and eventually built a multi-family home that contains an owner's unit, two rentals and a gift shop. We love being close to the Mississippi River. Most evenings we will watch the sunset behind the spectacular view of the French Quarter.
