Welcome to your quiet 3-bedroom retreat in the historic Algiers Point neighborhood! Perfect for families, this thoughtfully restored home combines New Orleans charm with modern comforts. Enjoy coffee or tea in the cozy backyard patio. The home features an open living and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing or gathering together.

The fully stocked kitchen invites you to cook your favorite meals, and with three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a full bed—there’s plenty of space for everyone. Traveling with little ones? We provide a pack ’n play, high chair, toys, and a changing table to make your stay easy and comfortable.

This place was perfect. We came in town to do some holiday events. It was perfect. Neighbor is quite and safe. Gated driveway made us feel even more secure even though it is in a safe area. House was clean and beautiful. Will recommend to other family & freinds.

Terrific house and location

This property was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Great location. An easy walk to the Ferry. Wonderful to leave the car behind in an off street parking spot to go into the French Quarter, etc.

Short Family Vacation

Great vacation house. Short drive to the downtown attractions or just take the Algiers Point Ferry. The house is adorable, super clean, The neighborhood is adorable, quiet and safe. A great taco stand is a block away. Definitely a great experience. Owner was very easy to reach with any questions. No check-in problems.

Perfect Place in the Point

Jason’s place was perfect for us… immaculate, comfortable, centrally located… the list goes on. I highly recommend staying here. Algiers Point is a great neighborhood because it has the charm of New Orleans, but it’s quiet and serene with plenty of walkable diversions to experience. Thank you to Jason for making everything seamless and enjoyable!

Algiers Gem

This is a very clean, lovely property. It is located within walking distance of three restaurants: Barracuda Taco stand, Tout De Suite Café and Tonti’s Bistro. The Ferry is a short drive away. An additional perk is the driveway where we were able to park our rental car, avoiding on-street parking. We would definitely choose this property again.

Terrific Stay

The property was wonderful! The house was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. It was such a a nice getaway! We walked to the ferry and rode over to the quarter with ease and then came back to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. There are multiple good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and even had a playground close by for our boys to let out some energy. Everything was as described and communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect neighborhood for a NOLA experience

We loved our stay at this property which is so clearly loved and taken care of by the owners. Check in was seemless, communication with Jason was quick and easy, and it is so obvious that a lot of thought and effort has been put into giving guest a comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated home in a cute neighborhood which was perfect for day tripping from to NOLA and the surrounding area. We had recommendations from the property owners for spots to eat nearby and took morning and evening walks to get to these places. We could even walk to the ferry to take into NOLA very easily. Even one evening we decided to drive into the city and it only took us 20 min. Incredible location without the chaos of parking and staying directly in NOLA. Parking our car was no problem, we felt totally safe, and the property had all the facilities we needed for a short stay.

Beautiful property in a great location

My wife and I stayed at this property when visiting New Orleans for a bit of fun and relaxation. Communication with the host was easy and clear. The house was easy to find. We had our own parking in a driveway and the property was perfectly clean. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after all of our hustle and bustle in the city. Highly recommend!
