Gentile Marco, le camere sono due, separate e posizionate addirittura in due parti diverse della casa. La finestra è ben visibile nelle foto dell'annuncio, ed è la prima volta che viene definita pessima. I disagi all'acqua sono stati risolti nell'arco di una mattinata, con tanto di scuse. Vi ringrazio per l'impegno profuso nella valutazione mesi dopo il vostro soggiorno ma immagino che il detto "una rondine non fa primavera" valga anche per le recensioni non propriamente obiettive.

Rita e Franco sono padroni di casa eccezionali – sempre gentili e sorridenti. Ci hanno accolto con delizioso vino fatto in casa, e l'appartamento con il suo splendido giardino ci ha subito conquistati. La zona barbecue nel cortile è perfetta per rilassarsi, e la spiaggia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno: aggiungere una lavastoviglie e rinnovare leggermente l'arredamento. In sintesi, la gentilezza dei padroni di casa è ciò che ci ha lasciato il ricordo più bello.

Herrlich!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf Sardinien! Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht - ideal für eine Familie mit zwei oder drei Kindern. Schöner, ruhiger und gut gepflegter Garten mit Grill. Die Fotos auf der Website vermitteln nicht einmal einen Bruchteil der Atmosphäre - Sie werden angenehm überrascht sein ;) Mehrere Restaurants und Cafés mit gutem Essen in Laufnähe. Perfekter Strand mit Bootsverleih in Laufnähe. Mehrere herrliche, fabelhafte Strände in der Nähe (10-15 km). Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Gastgebers, die im ersten Stock wohnen - ein nettes, angenehmes Ehepaar - sehr höflich und taktvoll. 10 von 10 - eine Empfehlung von ganzem Herzen!

Porto Taverna

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Porto Taverna war wunderbar! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, der kleine Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer waren kaum vor Ort, die Kommunikation mit deren Sohn hat aber einwandfrei geklappt. Beim Check in und out waren die Eigentümer auch persönlich da und haben einen kleinen Rundgang gegeben. Etwas ungut waren die extra Gebühren für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher (Achtung, wir sind 12 Nächte geblieben und mussten zwei „packages“ Wäsche in Anspruch nehmen, auch wenn wir das nicht wollten). Auch bei Bezug muss man die Betten selbst beziehen. Die Türen sind Schiebetüren mit Lochmuster, wodurch es recht hellhörig ist. Und leider hatten wir Pech mit unglaublich vielen Stechmücken. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn die Eigentümer hier vielleicht was in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung stellen würden. Ansonsten eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in der Nähe eines sehr schönen Strandes und auch die Umgebung lädt zu vielen tollen Ausflügen ein!

erholsamer schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub in Porto Taverna. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der untersten Etage inmitten eines schönen und gepflegten Gartens. Eine Sitzecke mit festem Grill stand zur Verfügung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und Geschirr in großem Umfang vorhanden. Ebenso konnte eine Waschmaschine benutzt werden und die Wäsche im Garten getrocknet werden. Die Lage war perfekt, ca. 300 Meter vom Strand fussläufig gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Ein Parkplatz für den PKW konnte vor dem Haus genutzt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub bei bestem Wetter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundrum zufrieden

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Porto Taverna verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, sehr grün und schattig. Vom Meer weht oft eine leichte Brise. Bei sonst sehr hohen Außentemperaturen konnte man es hier gut aushalten. Die gut dimensionierte Klimaanlage war oft ein Segen. Ein Schlafzimmer hat leider gar kein Fenster, das andere nur ein sehr kleines. Die Dusche ist etwas eng. Der nahe Strand ist sehr stark frequentiert , für gelegentliche Abkühlung aber sehr willkommen. In Laufnähe zur Wohning gibt es drei Restaurants aber keine Läden. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt. Das Vermieterehepaar , das im Haus wohnt, spricht nur italienisch. Via WhatsApp konnte mit dem Sohn in Englisch kommuniziert werden, das hat gut geklappt.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung mit Garten sehr genossen. Englisch-sprachiger Kontakt über Francos Sohn Andrea lief problemlos und wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Wohnung in sehr gutem und sehr sauberem Zustand. Es gab sogar Spielzeug für den Strand (also für die Kleinen). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen.

Ormai sono anni che decidiamo di trascorrere le nostre vacanze in appartamento e questo è tra i migliori che abbiamo scelto! Ottima accoglienza e grande gentilezza dei padroni di casa (anche in fase di prenotazione) e ottima pulizia. L'appartamento è completo di tutto: dalle stoviglie, agli accessori per la cucina, ai molteplici appendini nel bagno (che non è scontato trovare!), alla grande capienza degli armadi ... Posizione comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, basta veramente 1 minuto.
