La casa tiene un jardín en la azotea con una vista panorámica de la isla de Tavolara, se encuentra a 50 metros de playas vírgenes. Se encuentra en una exclusiva residencia con piscinas para adultos y niños con vistas al mar. La casa completamente renovada en 2019 consta de: sala de estar con cocina americana, dos habitaciones grandes y luminosas con acceso directo al gran jardín, dos baños completamente renovados con duchas muy grandes, ducha al aire libre, jardín privado con un porche completamente amueblado de 15 m². 2 sofás exteriores, plaza de parking privada junto a la casa. Equipado con TV vía satélite, placa de inducción, lavadora, hamacas y sombrilla junto a la piscina incluida en el precio. Barbacoa. Existe la posibilidad a petición de tener acceso a la tercera habitación.

Das Haus ist Teil einer größeren, ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Anlage die direkt an der Bucht liegt.Im Haus mit Garten findet sich alles, was man braucht um sich um Urlaub wohl zu fühlen inkl. einer voll ausgestatteten Küche.Ein Highlight war definitiv der Außenbereich mit Sitzecke, großem Tisch und direktem Blick auf das Meer.Die Einrichtung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist sauber und gepflegt.Man sollte, wie fast überall auf Sardinien, einen Mietwagen haben. Der Stellplatz für das Haus ist wenige Schritte vom Eingang entfernt was mehr als praktisch war.

The house was quaint and the views exquisite. It was in a super easy walkable area to restaurants (Pizzeria Andrea) and beaches. We found little alleyways that took us directly to the waterfront. The house was very clean, the water pressure and hot water was great. Nice big showers. We arrived after dark and had a difficult time finding the house and had to call Florinda to guide us in. She was very helpful at every stage of our stay when we needed help. Monica was a fantastic host and was very helpful during the booking process. Thanks Monica

Der Blick aufs Meer und die Tavolara ist fantastisch. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lügt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer.

This property was exceptional with respect to views and amenities. The living area was nicely air conditioned and the view from the outdoor patio was stunning. The outdoor shower was useful. The sea front pool were gorgeous (although chilly). The two beaches walking distance from the property were easily accessible and beautiful. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed. However one of my family didn’t think the twin bed was comfortable. You may need to sleep with bedroom doors open to ensure air conditioning keeps the bedroom cool at night. Overall, a great place. You may need to buy dishwasher detergent, extra paper towels and toilet paper. I was very happy the owners shared their property with us.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Pool und in Strand Nähe

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, richtig gut ausgestattet, und hat eine ganz tolle Terrasse. Alle Zimmer sind mit Liebe eingerichtet, und hier kann man sich im Urlaub richtig wohl fühlen. Es gibt genügend Sitz und liege Gelegenheiten, so dass man sich fühlt wie zu Hause. Die Terrasse ist wirklich klasse, wir haben hier viel Zeit verbracht. Man kann schön essen oder sich auf den Sofas niederlassen und einfach den Schiffen im Hafen zuschauen. Der Pool ist wunderbar für Kinder und für Erwachsene. Außerdem sind mehrere Strände fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, und größere Strände befinden sich auch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Alle Fensterläden haben Mückenschutz. Die Aussendusche ist sehr praktisch nach dem Baden im Meer. Der Fussweg (4 Minuten) zum grösseren Badestrand beginnt vis-à-vis vom Parkplatz und führt am kleinen Hafen vorbei, wo man auch ein Boot mieten kann. Das Meer ist kristallklar mit Sandstrand. Falls es einmal Wellen hat, ist die Spiaggia di Cala Sabina mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig. Aber es lohnt sich. Hier ist es dann windstill und es ist eine extrem schöne Bucht. Auch die Swimmingpools sind sauber und werden überwacht. Sie sind von 9:00 - 19:00 Uhr offen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ende Mai/ anfangs Juni ist die Gegend noch nicht überlaufen, die Temperaturen angenehm warm (zwischen 22 und 28 Grad) und im Meer konnte man durchaus gut baden, Temperatur zwischen 19,5 und 20,5 Grad. Wir gingen manchmal 4x am Tag schwimmen. Vielen Dank an Monica und ihre Familie für die Vermietung des Hauses und dass wir bereits so früh am Morgen in das Haus durften.

Beautiful property

We spent most of the time on the wonderful terrace with a stunning view. The house was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Interactions with Monica and Florinda were fast and we had some good recommendations of places to eat and a fantastic bakery to get breakfast supplies and goodies. The parking was only a few steps from the house. The grounds were well cared for and secure. I would recommend staying here.

Schönes Appartment mit viel Platz

Perfect Place to Relax

Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a great view of the water. Easy access to Golfo Aranci and other local beaches. Great decor. Everything you need was provided. Nice pool area with access to 2 small beaches. We would definitely recommend.

Monica's Costa Smeralda Bungalow Is Paradise :-))))

Monica’s bungalow is spectacular! The private courtyard veranda offers a beautiful sunrise that kisses the skin with the gentle warmth of the morning sun, as it sparkles across the bay. In the afternoon, it offers a nice shaded feel of a botanical garden that fills the senses with the fragrant scents of flowers. Perfect for grilling, dinner and relaxing with a glass of vino. The bungalow is organized and was so clean, it glowed. The home is well-equipped with quality dish and cookware, quality linens, comfortable beds and furnishings, bathrooms, closets and more. Our kids enjoyed the pool and snorkeling around the rocks looking at the fish, crabs and octopuses at the small beaches that adjoin the property. We rented a car and the location is perfect for exploring the upper half of the island. The Gulf of Orosei, where we rented a zodiac, was only 1.75 hours to the south. Other locations like Porto Cero are a 30 minute drive away. Everywhere you have beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise blue waters to enjoy. This is a beautiful property! One of the best VRBOs we've had the pleasure of enjoying. The love and care put into the property shows, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. From our initial communications, Monica was warm, helpful and charming. And if that wasn’t enough, her manager Florinda is the crème de la crème!! Monica has a very special place to share and we highly suggest you book your vacation at her home. It will truly exceed your expectations !!!

Relaxation Paradise in Sardinia

This is a beautiful property and perfect for 2 couples. The property has an amazing view of the sea from the terrace. We spent every night on the terrace enjoying the view. I loved the wonderful aroma of jasmine that was growing at the property. The home is very peaceful and relaxing. There are many beaches and sights nearby to explore. Monica is prompt in her responses and a pleasure to work with as well. I would love to come back to this beautiful island and stay at Monica’s home. We didn’t want to leave! : )

Ein Traum...

Wir genossen unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Appartement in vollen Zügen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ganz toll eingerichtet, mit vielen schönen Details. Auch von der Ausstattung her fehlte es an nichts. Monica hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch der Kontakt mit Florinda war super. Herzlichen Dank auch für den unkomplizierten Check-in/check-out.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage , die wie ein kleines Dorf wirkt. Der Pool hat eine tolle Lage am Meer und in 2 min ist der kleine Hausstrand erreichbar. 5 min von da ist nur fussläufig eine kleine Bucht erreichbar , in der wir zeitweise ganz alleine waren . Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Monica war sehr freundlich und der Empfang ebenfalls. Wie konnte schon eher als angegeben einchecken . Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und von Garten und Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen !

Fantastic Location to relax and enjoy your holiday!

Great property with fantastic sea view a few minutes walk from the beach. This felt like our home for the week we stayed. The house have all you need to sit back relax and enjoy your holiday. The owner is very responsive to any questions you might have and communication, checking in and out was seamless. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Traumhaftes Apartment mit sensationellem Blick aufs Meer und Golfo Aranci

Mein Mann und ich haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem fantastischen Apartment verbracht. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Golfo Aranci, morgens bei Sonnenaufgang und abends beim Lichtermeer ist unbeschreiblich schön. Das sitzen auf der Terasse zum Früstück und nach dem Abendessen mit einem Glas Wein rundet jeden Urlaubstag perfekt ab. Schon beim öffnen der Haustür war uns klar, wir haben das Richtige gebucht. Der Wohnbereich ist tatsächlich größer als er auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingereicht. Beim suchen einer Ferienwohnung findet man im Internet sehr oft spartanisch eingerichtete und lieblos ausgestattete Angebote. Das ist hier wirklich nicht der Fall. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Gestaltung der tollen Terasse/Garten, einfach nur schön. Es ist auch alles im Haus vorhanden, so wie es beschrieben wurde. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt zu dem, was teilweise angeboten wird. Wir haben uns Golfo Aranci ausgesucht da wir auch gerne mal Tagesausflüge zum Norden und Richtung Süden machen wollten. Durch die vielen schönen Strände in der Umgebung hat man die Möglichkeit jeden Tag einen anderen zu besuchen. Bei der Vielzahl der Restaurants im Ort und Umgebung kommt keine Langeweile auf. Vielen lieben Dank auch an Florinda, die für uns die Ansprechperson war. Mein Mann und ich möchten uns bei Monica (Eigentümerin) ganz herzlich für den wundervollen Urlaub in ihrem fantastischen Apartment bedanken und wir werden „AUF JEDEN Fall“ wiederkommen 🤗

Das Haus liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht, aber uneinsehbar von außen. Die Terrasse ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Sitzecke, Esstisch und Liegen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und sauber, hell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war locker und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Vielleicht kommen wir ein zweitesmal.

Sehr schönes und mit Liebe eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus! Wir waren sehr dankbar um unser Auto, wunderschöne Sandstrände mit türkisem Meer sind einige Fahrminuten entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher, sehr empfehlenswert für Familien! Der Pool hat unseren Kindern sehr gefallen. Wir würden immer wieder dort Ferien machen! Die Vermieterin und auch die Kontaktperson waren gut und auch noch spät abends erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

Traumhaft

Wir durften traumhaft schöne Tage in dieser sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich aus in Liebe zum Detail. Die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz aus ist herrlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Preis Leistung ist gerechtfertigt.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus bietet alles für einen perfekten Urlaub selbst mit Kleinkindern. Es ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet und es ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort für einen Traumurlaub. Man kann so viele wunderschöne Strände und Orte in kurzen Fahrzeiten oder auch zu Fuß erreichen. Man kann aber aufgrund des schönen Gartens auch gut mal dort entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Wir waren zudem sehr begeistert über die wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Besitzerin Monica, die uns viele tolle Tips gegeben hat und sogar an den Geburtstag meines Mannes gedacht hat und eine kleine Überraschung vorbereitet hat. Auch die liebe Florinda hat uns einen ganz unkomplizierten Check in (sogar morgens) und Check out ermöglicht. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr Wohlgefühlt.
