Escape to Hilltop West, a luxurious three-bedroom, two and a half bath retreat nestled in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. This custom-designed home exudes privacy and tranquility while being conveniently located just a two-minute drive away from the town square. Step inside to discover a meticulously crafted interior featuring upscale details that create a welcoming atmosphere. The open-air plan on the upper level is perfect for gathering with friends and family around the large dining table, sharing stories of your adventures in wine country. Unwind on the spacious back deck with gas grill and plenty of seating, a glass of wine in hand, and soak in the breathtaking hillside views that surround you.
For added entertainment, head downstairs to find a pool table and a second large flat-screen TV, creating a cozy spot for relaxation and fun. With easy access to the plethora of wine-tasting rooms, such as Diablo Paso and Serial Wines, restaurants from vegetarian, to sushi, to tapas, to Thai, and more than a dozen unique boutiques. Hilltop West serves as the ideal home base for your Paso Robles escapades. Explore the nearby wine trails, embark on scenic countryside drives, or take a leisurely stroll downtown for a taste of local culture. As the day comes to a close, retreat to this hilltop hideaway and savor the peace and serenity that envelops you. Pop on the gas fireplace using the handy remote and keep the memories going. The garage is not available, but please park in our driveway. Plan your return trip "up the hill" and start counting down the days until your next visit to Hilltop West. City Permit #STR19-0291.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

This home is so comfortable and well-appointed. The beds are excellent. We loved the open feeling to the main living area and the spacious bedrooms. We also loved the deck area with space to eat outside. The downstairs pool/game room was a great bonus. Communication with the host agency was quick and easy. I highly recommend this home for any family or friend group.

The listing was accurate, the property was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with pillow options. There was a nice stock of coffee, and cream/sugar. The backyard of this property was so amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the view. One of the remotes batteries was dead and the hosts were very responsive and fixed it very quickly.

Wonderful and relaxing base for our long weekend. Cooked in one night in the large and perfect kitchen. We ended evenings with a few games of pool. The large and well furnished deck was a central gathering point.
