MAIN DESCRIPTION
A few steps away from the white sand beaches of Pittulongu, Pellicano and Mare and Rocce Villetta Bianca stands out for its spaciousness and design that recalls at the same time tradition and modernity.
The house is set on two independent and completely separate levels and is equipped with two large bedrooms and two modern bathrooms for a total of 8 sleeps, large open space living room and kitchen, adjacent covered veranda and shared garden with a second property. The property has internal parking spaces and an electric gate. Seasonal Wifi (1 May-31 October), air conditioning in every room. Villetta Bianca is the ideal accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday in comfort, even without a car. The white sandy Mare e Rocce beach is only 400 meters away and can be reached on foot even with small children; the street hosts lot of shops: restaurant pizzeria, bar with tobacconist, rotisserie, fishmonger and bakery.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Recently renovated and never inhabited, Villetta Bianca is settled on two independent levels. The upper level is accessible via an external staircase at the side of the building. On the ground floor is a large open space with a sitting / TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a kitchen with a dining table, an oven, a fridge / freezer and a dishwasher, a large bathroom with shower / bidet / WC / sink and velux window and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and single bed overlooking the garden. The living room leads to the outdoor area composed by a covered veranda with garden furniture and sun loungers. The 300 square meter garden is shared with a second unit in front of the house.
Upstairs a small entrance with wardrobe and mini fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with double bed, single bed and air conditioning; the room has a balcony with outdoor furniture and overlooks the garden. A modern bathroom with shower / bidet / toilet / sink is exclusively available to guests on the upper floor.
A small outdoor area located in the garden houses the laundry with washing machine and charcoal barbecue. The garden is fenced and closed by an electric gate, inside you can park up to 2 cars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The surrounding area is home to numerous beach kiosks, where you can relax in the evening while sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail, enjoying some typical appetizers. Some good spots are the Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi's seafood restaurant in Pittulongu, Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers many shops and a large supermarket. About 15 minutes drive are the beaches near the village of Golfi Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, White Beach, Baja Caddinas and the natural park of Cala Moresca, home to a permanent group of over 100 dolphins.
The beaches within easy reach include Ira Beach, Spiaggia dei Sassi, Marinella.
