Excellent location with beach at end of road, bakery close by and restaurants. Very good base for exploring Costa Smeralda. Special mention to Gino who was a great host with lots of help and recommendations - like Pescheria la Perla in Golfo Aranci! Grazie Mille Gino

The best spot at Pittulongu!

We (2 adults and boy of 15) can warmly recommend this lovely and calm place! The host Gino and his wife Claudia are very positive, friendly and helpful. They help with any questions you may have. Our flight was delayed on arrival and we were therefore unable to get our rental car. But Gino picked us up even though it was midnight and drove us to the car rental the next day. The apartment is cozy and practical, and there is everything you need. Most beautiful view from the balcony. A supermarket, restaurants and lovely beaches close by. We will definitely choose this place another time.

Das Ferienhaus lag in toller lage mit Meerblick, gemauso wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten.Auch der Check in und alles weitere verliefen super einfach und komfortabel. Gino war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Auch das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Nach 2021 waren wir erneut bei Gino zu Gast und es war wieder ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung extrem sauber und alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Strandurlaub und Ausflüge entlang der Bernsteinküste. Gino ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und bei etwaigen Problemen immer ansprechbar. Im Ergebnis also eine klare Empfehlung.

Abbiamo scelto questa casa in base alle fotografie pubblicate sul sito e la realtà non le ha smentite, anzi, la vista mare è meravigliosa e la casa è dotata di tutti i confort .L'host Gino è una persona estramente gentile e disponibile. La casa ha una vista mare impareggiabile, si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi ma anche ristoranti e negozietti presenti nel paesino.In macchina ci si sposta agevolmente in tutte le spiagge e città della costa, a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, a mezz ora da Porto Cervo e Palau per la visita all arcipelago della Maddalena. Ci sono tantissime spiagge e calette da non perdere !Consigliato

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances géniales ! Gino et sa femme nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec un grand parking et à 5 min à pied de la plage. Il est lumineux, très bien équipé avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables, sans oublier la terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur l'île de Tavolare très appréciable. Gino a été aux petits soins avec nous, soucieux de notre confort. Je ne peux que recommander cette location de vacances les yeux fermés !!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern

Wir haben ab Ende August 3 Wochen in der schönen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Sie liegt zurückgesetzt von der Strasse im ersten Stock, unter dem Dach. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt, die Temperatur in der Wohnung war angenehm. Wirklich schön ist der Blick auf das Meer, auch vom Esstisch in der Wohnküche aus. Die Wohnung hat 2 schöne Schlafzimmer und ich habe schon ab der ersten Nacht sehr gut geschlafen, was selten ist (normalerweise brauche ich ein paar Tage zum Eingewöhnen). Die Küchenausstattung ist recht einfach, das Kochen auf dem Gasherd fand ich etwas schwierig, aber ich bin es auch nicht gewohnt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch an Gino‘s wundervoller Gastfreundschaft lag. Sandalen kaputt? Ein Sonnenschirm muß her? Alles kein Problem, Gino schickte uns Adressen, wo man so etwas kaufen kann. Gino wohnt mit seiner Familie im Erdgeschoss, er ist immer sehr warmherzig und freundlich, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wer aber keinen Kontakt möchte, den lässt Gino ganz in Ruhe, man hat also die freie Wahl. Wir hatten in unserem Urlaub nur einen kleinen Wermutstropfen: die Auswahl der frischen Lebensmittel im Supermarkt war manchmal nicht so toll. Aber das hat mit der Ferienwohnung nichts zu tun, und wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Zu Fuß kann man 4 Strände erreichen, alle haben klares türkis grünes Wasser. Die Küste ist ein Traum. Lieber Gino, Danke für alles :) Roswitha und Rolf

Soggiorno perfetto: vista, posizione e cordialità

Siamo stati accolti e trattati benissimo. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza di famiglia, la disponibilità e la cordialità di Gino e moglie ha decisamente reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La casa ha una splendida vista sul mare, il complesso è molto silenzioso e il mare è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Con la macchina siamo andati ovunque con facilità e il parcheggio è all'interno del residence. La casa è fresca, basta aprire le finestre per avere un bel venticello, non abbiamo mai usato l'aria condizionata. Ci ritornerei!

Costa Smeralda entdecken

Luigi ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ob bei Reservierungen oder Strandtips. Die Wohnung im OG ist geräumig, sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer mit der Tavolara Insel von der kleinen Terrasse aus. Mit bequemeren Terrassenmöbeln wäre es fast vollkommen 😉 Das Auto parkt innerhalb der Anlage und ist save. Restaurants und ein einfacher Badestrand gab es fussläufig in der Nähe. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir waren zu zweit vom 3.-10. September 2022 hier in Pittulongu und verbrachten eine tolle Woche. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terasse zum Meer traumhaft. Gino der Gastgeber kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste und gibt gute Tipps für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Fazit: Perfekt und sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gut gepflegt und außerordentlich sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist einfach nur phantastisch. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort heimisch gefühlt. Außergewöhnlich ist auch die Gastfreundschaft von Gino und seiner Frau. Gino steht wirklich durchgehend mit guten Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und es war als würden wir die Beiden bereits seit Jahren kennen. Dabei waren sie zu keinem Zeitpunkt aufdringlich und haben ihre Freundlichkeit wohl dosiert. In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen kleineren und auch sehr schönen Strand. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten alle schönen Strände der Costa Smeralda. Auch Olbia ist gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, Supermarkt und auch einige schöne Bars und Restaurants. Man hat im Hinterhof einen eigenen und gesicherten Autostellplatz. Die Lage ist insofern sehr gut und auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

Liebe Claudia, lieber Gino, erst einmal vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, alles was man brauchte war da. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter waren unschlagbar, sei es beim Check in, das war super unkompliziert, bei sämtlichen Fragen stehen sie mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Am Tag der Abreise durften wir bis abends im Appartement bleiben, da unsere Fähre erst nach 21 Uhr abgefahren ist. Das war wirklich toll. Siamo felici che abbiate trascorso delle belle vacanze in Sardegna e speriamo di ospitarvi ancora. Per quanto concerne arrivi / partenze cerchiamo sempre di agevolare i nostri ospiti eliminando i disagi dovuti agli orari. Schöne Ferienwohnung und wunderbare Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung war tiptop und Gino und Claudia sind sehr nette und vorallem hilfsbereite Gasgeber. Gino war sogar so nett mit uns zu einem Geldautomaten zu fahren, da die Bank etwas schwer zu finden war. Wir werden wieder nach Pittulongu kommen, das steht fest.

L'appartamento con una bellisima vista

Una sistemazione meravigliosa! L'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato con una vista indimenticabile. Grazie al signor Gino e sua moglie ci siamo sentiti molto bene. Ci siamo stati accolti da loro come se fossimo amici, erano disponibilissimi.
