Pretty house very quiet hidden in the heart of the 19th - 20 minutes to center
Pretty house with small garden of 70 M2 in a peaceful setting located in the 19th arrondissement. On 2 floors. Large living rooms with kitchen on the ground floor overlooking a 70m2 garden. 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom with shower. The house benefits from a shared laundry room. We live in the house just bext to it and are often present most of the time. So you will have your own privacy and never see us. But just in case we are next door.
