About this property
A beautiful mews house in a city centre
The house has three bedrooms which sleep six guests. Two bedrooms have king size beds and one has a European large double bed. It also has two bathrooms, both of which are a great size. One with a large family bath and the other with a walk in shower. The property is also hugely advantageous with its' own private garage parking just below with automatic door entry. (Please note the garage parking is neat and only suitable for average vehicles - a mini bus type car or large 4x4 would not fit).
The kitchen and dining area are beautifully presented and spacious with an extendable table which can comfortably sit 8 people. Set on a quiet mews street, this house is perfect for any families or friends travelling together.
The house is located in one of the best addresses in Edinburgh. It is very central, right next to the airport tram city centre stop. You will be 5 minutes away from Princes Street and George Street, which are the main shopping and restaurant areas in Edinburgh.
You can be guaranteed to find everything you need within a short 10-15 minute walk to Old Town and New!

First off - the location is great! A quick walk from Edinburgh Waverly and not far from the High Street are either. The property itself is spacious and a great place for a family to gather at the end of a long travel day. We would 100% book this property again!
Outstanding location. Quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean. Easily fit my family of 6. Washer/dryer not working, but to be replaced soon per host. Hosts very responsive.

Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood - Yet very close to shops, restaurants and tram as is mentioned in the listing. The house was clean and kitchen, bathrooms and carpet recently updated which was a lovely suprise! Would absolutely rent again!
Washer and dryer were super small but I guess better than nothing. Couldn’t open the windows because no screens and it got hot at night. Was in a good location and proximity to stuff. Little pricey but overall I was happy.

The 3 storey house is very central, so great for visiting the 'Royal Mile', Carlton Hill and Princess Street. Great bus connections all over the city, and even a garage included for one car.The house is modern, with good bathrooms on 2nd and 3rd storeys. And the kitchen is well equipped, with dish washer and microwave.Communication was poor, we did get a response from the Concierge company, who said they'd contact the owners about a few things, such as only 5 forks for 6 people, but no response. The lower room was useful with a single bed, however there must have been some mis-communication, as it wasn't clean (like the rest of the house), and the bed wasn't made. (We had confirmation before that we could use the room)Also, please note that because it's very central, weekend nights can be noisy, there was a real racket on Sunday evening coming from next door.
The house was in a great location, just 10 min walk from St Andrews Sq tram stop., With 7 people, we had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable . Just a few min walk to several coffee shops. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

Not sure what had gone on the days before we arrived but the house just stunk of curry everywhere you went and the smell lasted the whole weekend every time you came back in the house you could just smell curry. The house is getting a little tired now and probably could do with a little TLC. Great location
No communication from the management. We told them about the cracked tile in the bathroom which hurt my wife’s foot. The dingy and well worn out couches and the holes in the door and walls. No response. We left after one night because we got there late. Not as advertised.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Inaccurate listing and out of repair items. Our large family stayed for a week over the Fringe. We enjoyed having a large space space and the 3 bedrooms with flex room (3 euro queens and 1 twin). Check-in began at 4pm. We surprised the cleaner when we arrived right after 4 due to rain. Unit was clean and stocked.Poor communication with host - no laundry dryer or hair dryer (per listing), bathroom doorknob broken and several dead lightbulbs made for dark living space at night. I contacted the service team via text and email multiple times with no response. I messaged via VRBO and finally received a message that a hair dryer would be dropped off and knob fixed. Doorknob remained broken for entire trip. A service person came to "inspect" the washing machine with no prior notice and surprised my sleeping son.Overall, good space, but poor communication. Would likely not stay again.
The location was excellent - 10 mins walk from Princes Street and 15 or so from the Royal Mile and the castle. It was very comfortable for a family of 5 as long as you are OK with walking up and down the three floors, which was fine for us. Everyone got their own room, with the small bedroom on the ground floor being workable if basic. The two bathrooms had good showers and good water pressure. The shared spaces were great - it worked well to have the kitchen and family room all on a separate floor from the bedrooms. We’d stay again.
This property was brilliant perfect location literally 2 mins walk from princes street and having the garage was brilliant we parked the car in there and that’s where it stayed until we left
What a great place, just minutes walking from the Royal Mile. We loved it here, wish we had stayed longer. Very clean, very comfortable! Would stay again!
