Located just 800 meters from the sea beach, this welcoming ground-floor retreat in Gingst invites guests (and their pets!) to unwind in comfort surrounded by nature and coastline charm. The spacious living/dining room features a double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD players—perfect for cozy evenings or laid-back lounging.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, making self-catering effortless. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining table or outside on the furnished patio or terrace. The double bedroom promises restful nights, while the modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and essentials.

Step out into your private 100 m² garden, complete with BBQ grill, deckchairs, parasol, and party games—ideal for summer fun or relaxed afternoons. With on-site parking, an ironing board, and even radio for ambiance, this property makes a practical yet charming base for couples, small families, or nature-loving travelers.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht. Leider war nur ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Die Couch im Wohn/Essbereich war nicht wie beschrieben ausziehbar. Alle 3 Betten waren im Schlafzimmer. Das ist ungünstig, wenn der Partner schnarcht und man sich auf 2 Schlafräume eingestellt hat. Es gab auch keine extra Toilette, wie beschrieben. .

Reise auf die Insel Rügen

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, dass hat uns sehr überrascht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, um von dort Ausflüge zu unternehmen.Als Hinweis: Bitte in den Unterlagen die Kurtaxe eintragen. Wir wurden von anderen darauf hingewiesen.
