Reservation made for 2, brought 4 people, forsing us to make check-in at midnight This same day the Guest made the reservation we send him message about check-in and check-out time and asked to confirm arrival time. He confided to meet at 21, which was ok. 2 days before his arrival we asked how to prepare the bed, and he suddenly told us that he is bringing 2 more people. We asked to pay little extra according to our page, but he didn’t want to. Same time he told us that he is coming around 22, but when we asked what time his plane is landing he answered -21.50. So his realistic time of arrival in Javea was around 00 which he knew. We asked him many times to give the keys to his friend, who should even pick him up from the airport, or meet on the way, but he was not even answering. He even sent „ complain” to VRBO that we don’t like to give him keys, which was not true at all. After 2 days we got help from VRBO who was sending several messages to our Guest, asking to pay little extra for extra guest and follow check- in time or our solutions to give keys to his friend or meet on the way. He was behaving really inpolite. Dear Guest you should have told us from the beginning that like to arrive at 00 and like to bring 4 people, not 2. All of this was really not ok for us, coming as big suprice and as we told you - we are not even allowed to work 15-16 hours a day. All could be easy arrange in different way and without any stress if we knew from the beginning.
