Beautiful fully renovated apartment located on km 4.8 of las Marinas, 400m from the sandy beach, in a small development with communal pool.
2nd floor with elevator, it is composed of 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, open kitchen, living room containing a large double sofer bed, bathroom with shower and a terrace of 4,56 m² with awnings and views of Montgó. The apartment is in excellently equipped with air conditioning cold/heat and is fully furnished for a holiday. There is also a parking private within the development.
Beside a pharmacy and the bus stop, close to restaurants and 300 m from the Consum supermarket and low cost petroleum station.

Nice apartment for two

We were in this apartment for 11 days and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was very clean, had a good location and was well equipped. The kitchen is large, has a washing machine, two hobs and also a microwave. You can spend 11 wonderful days here and you also feel comfortable. The bathroom and the balcony are great and overall you can only recommend this apartment. We will be happy to come back one day and we hope the next tenants can also enjoy a stay.

2 mins to the beach!

We just spent 4 nights here. Nice apartment for a couple. Has all the modern touches and has a balcony that overlooks the common pool. Bed is comfortable and there is a pull out couch. Owner met us on arrival and was easily reached when we had a question. Is on the 2nd floor (36 steps) and there is an elevator. Great view of the mountains. Complex is quiet and very clean. Saw 3 people use the pool during our stay. Has a reserved parking spot in the complex. Very secure with fencing and locks. A/C works well. There is only 1 so need to leave bedroom door open with fan on to circulate. Owner provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. This is a huge bonus. U can walk to the beach, but we drove the 2 mins. There is a good grocery store on the main road right around the corner. Denia old town is best for restaurants. This place is great to use as a base to explore. We did Calp and Xativa for 2 day trips.

Keurig appartement

We hebben 3 dagen verbleven in dit appartement. Het was brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (en nog wat extra's als strandstoelen etc.). Mooi zeer groot zwembad en het strand en supermarkt op loopafstand. Denia stad op 5 km, redelijk makkelijk parkeren in het centrum, maar er gaat ook een bus. Prima verblijf gehad.
