Valitsemastasi kahden tai kolmen makuuhuoneen mökistä, joissa jokaisessa on 1 täysi kylpyamme ja ulkosuihku, mahtuu 6, molemmilla on upeat auringonlaskut Cape Cod Bayllä. Molemmilla on nyt ilmastointi, valtavat äskettäin laajennetut kannet, joista on upeat näkymät lahdelle. Nauti uusista uudistuksistamme, joissa on ikkunan seinämme, jolta on näkymät Cape Cod Baylle, todistaja elää jatkuvasti muuttuvaa vuorovesiä riippumatta siitä, mikä on sää ulkona, ranta parhaimmillaan. Kävele äskettäin asennetulla tuodulla italialaisella laattalattialla sekä kaikilla uusilla oksaisilla mäntyseinämillä. Location location location

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the location. Perfect spot to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the bay and spectacular sunsets each night. The cottage was comfort for our family of four. We’ll definitely chose to come back!

Very quaint and comfy, old cape for sure. Just as advertised. The water views and deck were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked and the new appliances were great! We would come again.

Spectacular Sunsets!

This was my first getaway with my adult children & my puppy since the pandemic started. We definitely were overdue for one. And this place was just perfect for, full relaxation and some fun too! We rented kayaks and it was just awesome, than every noon & afternoon we had the chance to swim in this amazing pool ocean and than enjoyed walks along and wait at 7pm ishh for the magnificent Mr. Sun to drop! Every afternoon was a gift from nature for us to be able to contemplate the beauty of the sky colors form on each sunset. It was just amazing! We loved it. The cottage was cute, cozy and very welcoming, the location just perfecto, in front of the ocean & so close to a lot of places, mini golf, driving movies, restaurants, etc etc. Overall was an amazing stay. The owner was very polite, helpful, understanding, and easy to reach. Thank you so much Gary, we much appreciated all your efforts to made of our vacation one unforgettable. Mary

Wonderful Weekend Escape

Classic, old-school, Cape Cod cottage sitting directly on the bay! Exactly what we were looking for. The Cape, in my opinion, is best enjoyed on the off season. It was quiet, and beautiful weather. Sitting on the deck over looking the bay is instant relaxation. Certainly hope to visit this cottage again.

4 day getaway

very enjoyable stay, view was beautiful. woke to the sounds of the wind and tides cottage was just right for a couple. kitchen could do with some upgrades you do have to time your walks as there is no area to walk at high tide.

Eastham short getaway

We enjoyed the cabin, it's location, the deck and outdoor shower. September is so peaceful at the Cape, low traffic, plenty of parking at the local beaches and fine weather. The cabin is rustic but fine for us 3 adults and we selected it for its view and waterfront location. The only upgrade suggestion would be to have a more efficient doormat to scrape off the sandy shoes every time we walked in from the driveway, and an updated coffeemaker and frypans. We could tell that there is a lot of care for the house by the owners and effort for cleaning in this time of covid.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the 3 bedroom cottage. It was overlooking the bay and very close access to the beach too. Gary and Mark were very nice and easy to get a hold of while we were staying here. Our boys, 8 & 6, loved being right at the beach and we all floated around during high tide each night.

Quintessential Cape

Just about perfect...clean and well-appointed, quiet and obviously well-loved cottage right on the bay. It surpassed our expectations...and we've been coming to the Cape for over forty years, always renting. Stairs are close-by to access the beach, there's a great outdoor (and indoor) shower with plenty of hot water, picnic table on the deck, open view of the bay and spectacular sunsets from inside as well. Parking was convenient (although probably would be very tight at full capacity), In October, it wasn't an issue, but we did note that there is no beach at high tide. The owners were gracious in replying to our questions and very thoughtful in providing us with a safe getaway during Covid.

Amazing views and easy access to a beautiful beach

This was a very nice cozy cottage that had everything we needed. The best part was the patio that overlooked the beach. Easy walk down the steps right next to cottage to a great beach. Perfect for two toddlers to run around and explore at low tide.

Great cottage on the cape

This cottage is in a great location. The deck offers good views of the bay (the sunsets are awesome) and is a great spot to hang out and relax. Cottage was clean and cozy, with a lot of beachy charm.

Great bay view!

It was great to have morning coffee and watch the shorebirds on the deck overlooking the bay. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Most amazing location

We certainly enjoyed our time at this sweet little place on that day. There really is no better location on the Bay. We spent nearly all our time outdoors because it is so perfectly comfortable and beautiful. Gary was really helpful and we would definitely return!

Amazing Cape Oasis

Just an amazing location... beautiful beach, sitting on the porch at high tide feels like you're on a boat. Amazing sunsets, cozy accommodations, and a great location to get anywhere on the Cape. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

The only rating that didn’t get 5/5 stars from me was accuracy of online listing because those pictures truly don’t do this property justice! I stayed in the three bedroom with five friends for a week and we had a great time. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated, and had cozy bedrooms and a comfortable living room, but the real feature that isn’t emphasized in the photos is the deck with beautiful views overlooking the harbor! Plenty of outdoor furniture for the six of us to sit on the deck and relax in the sun, also a great picnic table for outdoor eating. And when it gets too hot, the stairs to the water are right there on the property. Absolutely a fantastic week, wonderful property owners, and an incredible location! Would 10/10 recommend booking this hidden gem for your Cape vacation!

Wonderful!

We have been going to these cottages for many years....we happily return season after season. The light, the sunsets, the walks out into the bay during low tide are always special. The Cape is such a magical place, we are already looking forward to next year :)
