Villa Jazmines is an exclusive villa, decorated with luxury, minimalist furniture, designed for maximum comfort and to enjoy a completely pleasant and unforgettable experience.

1st floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, ½ guest bathroom, spacious living area with 50" TV, large windows overlooking the garden, relaxing terrace and private pool.
- Service area with washer-dryer machine.
- Bedroom with 1 queen size bed, closet and private bathroom. This ground floor bedroom is very convenient as it has easy access for people with limited mobility.

2nd Floor:
- Master bedroom with king size bed, 50” TV, walking closet, private bathroom and large terrace.
- Bedroom with king size bed, walking closet and private bathroom.
- Bedroom with 2 double beds, closets, private bathroom and balcony.

Parking area in the villa available for 4 vehicles.

CLEANING SERVICE & ELECTRICITY:
The rental price includes cleaning service (daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms Monday-Saturday). Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.

50KW of electricity consumption per day is included in the rental price, any excess over 50KW per day will be charged at check-out, based on meter consumption. The cost for each KW in excess is $0.4 USD, it must be paid through the App, authorizing the request for the charge before leaving the villa. If you prefer to pay in cash, please notify us in advance.

ACCESS TO OUR GATED COMMUNITY:
In order to access our Puntacana Village community, we will need you to send us a photograph of the passports of all the people who will be staying in the Villa, at least 3 weeks before the arrival date. This information is necessary to request access credentials from the security department.

The access credentials will be sent to you as soon as they are issued. It is important that each guest have their own access credential on their cell phone, so that they present it to the Security Staff when requested.

Visits to the Villa must be notified to the host at least 48 hours in advance, having to send a copy of their passports at the same time, in order to process the corresponding access credentials. The maximum number of people in the Villa, including guests and visitors, cannot exceed 10 people, as the Villa has a maximum capacity of 10 people.

We have security cameras outside the villa: main entrance and service entrance. These cameras are highly visible, maximize the security of our guests and help ensure proper use of the villa.

We will be available for any support that is needed from 9am to 6pm, through the reservation chat. In an emergency, you can contact us at any time through the app.
