The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and directly connected to the living space, while a bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout. A terrace is accessible from this level, positioned to face south and ideal for outdoor relaxation. On the upper floor, a secondary living area with charming sloping ceilings adds character and additional space for guests. This floor also houses 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room with WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 2.
