This is a very quiet apartment at a small park. It has a bedroom with 200x240 cm bed, a large living room which has a sofa bed 140x200 cm and a study or extra bedroom with two single beds. While the sun is in the morning in the park, where you can read in peace, in the afternoon it's on the balcony with its rocking chair. The style of the apartment is a mix between Art Nouveau and Art Deco and the apartment is light and has wooden floors.
The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the central station and the center of Rotterdam. Tram, metro, supermarkets and swimming pool with sauna are nearby.
