On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a spacious living and dining room of 30 m2, complete with an open-hearth fireplace used purely for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the garden. Adjacent to this space is a small, open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, along with an additional dining table. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both featuring characteristic sloping ceilings.
