Clean, lots of space, beautiful view

The owner was very accommodating. I had no issues while staying there. The private terraza was a wonderful place to relax, cook and enjoy the view. Anything you need is close by. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The view is incredible.

Thanks to the apartment manager (Mateo) he addressed all my concerns. He also went above and beyond to make the family feel comfortable. Thank you Mateo I will return. The property was everything I thought and more. The outdoor patio with a grill was a nice surprise. Did I mention I will return. Thanks to the host again.

Terrible noise from traffic nonetheless beautiful ocean view.

Enjoyed the ocean view from the porch despite the noise from the traffic below. Duplex was wonderfully furnished with nice furniture. Didn't care to leave to go out because it was so nicely decorated and cool in temperature. The security guard/receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the assistance and attention to detail by the host. He to responsibility for the cleanliness of the unit before and after and made sure we had a secure place for personal belongings This was and is a spectacular place to enjoy a week away. Just be aware of the food prices among the prices of other necessities.

Ocean Sunrise/Sunsets

Alex and Mateo were great!!! Alex helped me get acclimated with getting groceries and money exchange. Mateo got me a beer when I walked in the door, he helped get a phone card, beer and groceries, we talked, had a beer and he answered all my questions and repaired anything. Great great place, grilled out on the patio, plenty of room for 4 or 5 people. A little noisy, but the VIEW!!!!! Will stay there again... BTW I don't speak Spanish, they both speak English!!! Big Plus!!
