The apartment has 3 televisions (2 of them smart tv), air conditioning, underfloor heating, dishes, 2 bedrooms (1 of them with queen size bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds).
New kitchen appliances (January 2020), sheets, padding and bath and pool towels available.

Traveling with older kids

We were in BA for a few nights before an Antarctic cruise with our 2 kids - 18 and 21. The apartment was conveniently located and set up well for us, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was much more practical than 2 hotel rooms. The host Mariano is very responsive.

Perfect Puerto Madero Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located apartment. We are three adults and found everything we needed in the apartment and the local area. It's a great spot, conveniently located, and very safe. The security guards were fun and helpful. Mariano was super responsive and accommodating. Fiver stars!

Wonderful in every way

This was a great place for our young family. The location was excellent and allowed for easy walks to restaurants, playgrounds and tourist attractions. It was a safe and lovely neighborhood. The apartment unit exceeded our expectations as it was modern, clean, secure, and the access to pool and gym was a welcomed bonus. Equally wonderful was our contact with Mariano who was professional, always available by phone for assistance, and amazingly kind. We also appreciated our friendly doorman Roberto. I don’t think our stay in Buenos Aires would have been as enjoyable had we stayed in a different place. I would return here in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to friends.

Nice stay in the heart of Buenos Aires

We arrived in Buenos Aires at the end of a long vacation in South America, and I was pleasantly surprised at the great location. It was right in the middle of Puerto Madero with great restaurants close by, the waterway a block away, grocery stores right around the corner. The apartment itself was clean and was large enough to spread out and relax after a hard day of sightseeing. The apartment had a well-equipped gym and swimming pool, neither of which we got to use but looked very nicely kept up. Mario was very helpful with information about Buenos Aires, transportation to the airport, and even assisted us in getting a very important package from the States. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he responded promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return should we find ourselves in Buenos Aires again.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY IN BS. AS.!!!!!!

Upon arrival: Hip-Camera is great! We felt very secure with the security of the building!! Roberto and the other gentleman at desk are very nice and helpful!!!! The bakery, beauty shop, breakfast restaurant around the corner are amazing!! There is a Chinese market very close around corner where you can change dollars to pesos and it is a food market ..Pools, gym, gardens are very nice. Elevator always fast and working! Loved balcony! Wine, nice weather and jazmín smell from garden!! Very nice kitchen, living room/Dinning room! Two very nice bedrooms, One full bathroom with shower/tub, the other bathroom has NO SHOWER (guest bathroom) Very quiet at night to sleep which is very nice!!! Modern decor and soft colors! Beautiful & safe area very close to sooo many restaurants, exercise paths, Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo, Cabildo very close by! (TRY PERTUTTI RESTAURANT ACROSS CABILDO) It was so good!!!! We always felt safe and we truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo!! Mariano (our contact) was always answering any question we had…..Can’t wait to return to Baires!! And stay at Mariano’s place!!!!
