The property features 2 dedicated bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms benefit from individual air conditioning units for personalised comfort. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the house includes a living and sleeping room equipped with 1 sofabed, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as an open-hearth fireplace that serves as a decorative feature. This versatile room also provides direct access to the outdoor terrace, seamlessly connecting the interior living space with the exterior. The bathroom is composed of 1 shower room with a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations may be available than the number of guests, the maximum capacity of 5 must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
