All rooms with large bay windows open onto 30 m2 of terraces with a 180 ° view of the sea and the lido. No opposite. WIFI internet. Possibility of baby kit (cot, high chair and cane stroller)

It was perfect for us.

This is a great apartment with fantastic views and facilities. It's very comfortable if a little cluttered with personal knick-knacks. Nelly was there to meet us and greeted us well with presents of wine, biscuits and home made jam. The apartment is some way from the beach and town so its best to have a car although a local bus stops just outside the complex. We would return without a doubt. Mel

Séjour de rêve à Sète

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans ce superbe appartement avec vue époustouflante sur la mer. Idéalement situé avec accès direct à la forêt des pierres blanches, les plages et le centre ville sont également facilement accessibles ( ligne de bus au pied de la résidence !). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et les petites attentions à l’arrivée sont à l’image de leur bienveillance. Tout était parfait !!!

Fast perfekte Wohnung

Alles war perfekt (Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Ausblick und Erreichbarkeit der Stadtzentrum). Einziger Wermutstropfen: Im Kinderzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Hierfür gibt es jedoch keinen Abzug, da dies in der Beschreibung eindeutig kommuniziert war und von meiner Ehefrau und mir billigend in Kauf genommen wurde. Dass es während unseres Aufenthaltes nachts so war blieb und die Kinder dadurch teilweise schlecht schlafen konnten wurde von uns unterschätzt. Anzumerken ist, dass der Pool sehr schön und gepflegt ist und von uns nach den Standtagen gerne genutzt wurde. Die Rückgabe der Kaution (diese musste ungewohnter Weise von uns erstmals für eine Ferienwohnung bezahlt werden) hat ebenfalls wunderbar geklappt. Beim Gesamteindruck bleibt es dabei, dass die Ferienwohnung (nahezu) perfekt ist und fast (Stichwort: fehlende Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer) uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden kann. Sollte meine Familie und ich einen Urlaubsort jemals zum zweiten Mal besuchen, dann wäre es Sète. In diesem Fall würden wir dann auch ganz sicher diese Ferienwohnung erneut buchen.

Séjour inoubliable

Nous remercions sincèrement la propriétaire de ce magnifique appartement, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances inoubliable. La vue de cette grande terrasse est à couper le souffle. Nous avons découvert un superbe appartement décoré avec goût et entièrement équipé avec tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin. Une vue magnifique sur la méditerranée et sur le lido. Le tout dans une résidence très propre et bien entretenue avec une superbe piscine. Nous avons tout aimé du logement à la ville de Sète et ses environs et un grand merci à Nelly qui a toujours été très réactive et de bons conseils. Es klappte alles reibungslos, wir konnten sogar 2h früher ins Objekt. Frau Auge ist sehr hilfsbereit und unsere Fragen während des Aufenthaltes wurden via Mail sofort beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, mit traumhaften Blick zum Meer! Mit dem Auto ist man in 5‘ am langen Sandstrand (12km) - Parkplätze sind zu moderaten Preisen ausreichend vorhanden - Strand und Meer sind super sauber, zu Fuß in 12‘ erreichbar !! Unsere Whg. ist ausgezeichnet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen benötigt👍🏼. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen und werden wieder kommen!

Grundsätzlich schön, man sollte aber einiges wissen ...

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in einem größeren Wohnblock oberhalb der Stadt Sète, so dass man von der richtig schönen großen Terrasse einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat ein schönes Bad und wir haben uns relativ wohl gefühlt. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im größeren Schlafzimmer, man kann jedoch tagsüber alle Türen offen lassen, so dass die Kälte auch die anderen Zimmer durchdringt. Meine Kritikpunkte: - Wir haben erst drei Tage vor Abreise erfahren, dass die Vermieter bei Anreise 700 € Kaution verlangen. Dies sollte man im Vorfeld bei der Buchung schon berücksichtigen. - Die Wohnung wird anscheinend außerhalb der Saison von den Eigentümern bewohnt, so dass man überall Spuren davon findet. Ich persönlich fühlte mich dabei, als würde ich in fremdes Territorium eindringen. (Nur mein eigener persönlicher Eindruck). - Am Pool hatten wir heftige Diskussionen mit Nachbarn, weil unser Sohn einen Spaß-Schwimmring mit in den Pool nehmen wollte. Dies ist dort absolut verboten. Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wen also meine hier beschriebenen Kritikpunkte nicht stören, der wird einen traumhaften Urlaub in Sète verbringen können.

Plus Que Parfait !!

Tout était parfait !! Une vue splendide imprenable depuis l'appartement et la grande terrasse. Ultra reposante. Très confortable, propreté impeccable, une déco très jolie jusque dans les moindres détails. Inutile de chercher ce qui pourrait manquer... il ne manque RIEN !! On s'y sent bien tout de suite comme chez soi. Les voisins sont gentils. Il y a plein de choses à faire à Sète et les environs. La plage à perte de vue à une dizaine de mn à pied. Les petits adorent car il y a de grandes flaques d'eau à marée basse dans lesquelles ils peuvent jouer. Des supers restos. Et l'accueil très appréciable des propriétaires à votre arrivée avec les supers Zézettes de Sète, dont vous ne pourrez que rapporter quelques boîtes en quittant ce magnifique endroit. On aimerait y être encore.... A recommander forcément !!

De l'accueil jusqu'au départ tout était parfait. Merci pour les petits cadeaux à l'arrivée, et pour l'accueil sympathique. Très bel appartement, lumineux, très bien décoré, aver une superbe vue sur Sète, les repas sur la terrasse sont aussi un régal pour les yeux. Nous ne tarderons pas à revenir !

Une vue superbe, un accueil souriant et généreux, un appartement calme et particulièrement confortable, et puis un petit supplément d'âme qui fait que l'on s'y sent bien dès les premiers instants. Luxeriöse Wohnung, sauber,2 große Balkone, schöne Aussicht auf Sete, Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Negativ: -wenig Platz in den Schränken, da eigene Gegenstände den Platz blockierten -der Pool war leider geschlossen, wir hätten ihn gerne täglich benutzt und haben deswegen diese Ferienwohnung gewählt

Simplement parfait

Simply perfect. It´s not some impersonal holiday home, but a real home you step into. Tastefully and well furnished and equipped for everything you may ever want to need. Location and view are superb, as is the hostess: Low-key, but always friendly and attentive.
