Il condominio è a pochi chilometri dal Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, da Tennis Ranch e da Whalers Village che dispone di oltre 60 negozi, ristoranti e musei di baleniera. Breve guida alla famosa spiaggia di Kaanapali e alla città vecchia di Lahaina, potrete godervi molti ristoranti provenienti da regioni locali e diverse, negozi e gallerie d'arte.

Di fronte all'oceano ea soli 50 piedi di distanza, sei vicino il più vicino possibile. Anche se l'unità è un po 'datata, sei in una posizione fantastica! Highlights: great views of whales, responsive managment, clean!Considerations: walk-up 2 stories, some road noise (ok with earplugs)The grounds were well maintained and the interior was nicely remodeled. The views across to Lanai and Molokai were excellent. Since it was Humpback whale season, the highlight was watching them from the balcony. As others noted, turtles are often feeding around the rocky reef just offshore and really fun to watch.The condo was quite clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals, with an induction cooktop, oven, pans, tools. I especially want to compliment the responsiveness of the management company when I asked them about a worn-out non-stick pan and faulty toaster. They were pleasant and had replacements to me within a few hours!The design of the unit includes louvers that open on both east and west, so you can get wonderful breeze through the unit. (This also lets in some dust, but there are brooms and dustpans and the smooth tile floor is very easy to keep clean.) Even with it open all day, the A/C was strong enough to get it cool for pleasant sleep. Beds were comfortable.Other practicalities: - Laundry is on the property (not in unit), clean, and can be paid for with an app.- The pool is small but clean and pleasant.- The unit is a 3rd floor walkup, king brm upstairs.- Parking was easy.- Shopping is nearby. Instacart can delivery within an hour.- Some road noise at night, esp lower bedroom (twins).

The property was absolutely wonderful! Clean, spacious & the view is to die for. And we got to see the sea turtles!! Only negatives is when on the deck the AC fan is running & made it so hot , especially in August. Quick fix… we turned the air off. It also would have been nice to have a fan in the upstairs bedroom. Other than that it was perfect!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. We were on the third floor, so it was a little difficult with our luggage, but totally worth it. We got to watch whales and sea turtles from our balcony. There was a cooler and beach chairs for us to use and everything you would ever need in the kitchen.

Beautiful vacation in Maui

We loved our stay here! Great location, parking, view, and value! Just a couple suggestions: An extra set of bedding for each bed would have been appreciated for a stay of over a week. We were here 9 nights. Also, this unit really needs to have curtains that block the afternoon & evening sun to help keep unit cooler. Closing the sun shades even just partially on the balcony holds in all the heat from the A/C unit sitting on the lanai and makes it very uncomfortable to sit outside & enjoy the sunset or evening. There are a couple maintenance items I addressed with management upon arrival that we were surprised to find in a "remodeled" unit, however they were minor. Table legs on lanai table, drawer broken in kitchen & screen bent/loose on lanai window.

Turtle haven

This was a wonderful place to stay especially for my son who wanted nothing more than to swim with turtles. Every evening they came right up to the wave wall of the condo. It was wonderful and close to things yet set apart from the super touristy places enough.

Great view, clean and functional space.

The place was awesome and the location superb. Close to a lot of activity and the ocean view was amazing. Only quirks were the upstairs bathroom shower door was non functional and the downstairs bedroom door would stay shut.

Breathe taking views great location

Direct oceanfront beautiful views. Great property very well maintained. As indicated the unit is dated but very clean and has everything you need, well stocked kitchen,towels bedding and beds very comfortable. We love this area and will definitely be back. Property management very responsive and great to deal with! Highly recommend!

Cant beat the view

This property was oceanfront and i mean 100ft from the ocean!! The condo is very nice with everything we needed for a week long stay with 6 people. There is no AC downstairs which i can imagine in summertime is not fun since its on the top level (3rd & 4th floor) and the master bed was very very squeaky which made it hard to sleep. The location is prime! The neighbors is so cute with lots of shops and food within walking distance. Overall it was amazing and would definitely recommend or stay again.

Great view from deck, very comfy king bed, big bedroom well furnished, easy parking. Kitchen fridge doors and cabinets are crooked and can get caught. Very limited selection of silverware and dishes, requiring a lot of hand washing even with the presence of a dishwasher.

Nice ocean front

The location on the ocean was nice. It is on a busy road and was quite loud in the morning. The property was very clean the furniture could use some updating. The cushions on the chairs on the balcony need to be replaced as they are very worn and felt like there was nothing on the chairs. The kitchen was nice with a dishwasher, could use more utensils and a bigger fry pan but we made it work. Should be advertised that the washer and dryer is a coin operated but is very close. We would rent again overall a really nice property with an amazing view. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great Location, good for Families or kid free travelers

The condo is in a great location, within 10 mins of multiple restaurants and a handful of world class beaches! The beds were comfortable enough, and the views cannot be beat! Upgraded bathrooms and kitchen are nice. Furniture and décor is dated, but in decent condition. It does get hot in the afternoon, but a strong breeze blows through and I think it would only be a problem during the summer months. If you plan a long stay you will need to pay to wash your towels in the coin laundry and make sure to buy some toilet paper at the ABC store a few minutes down the road. Kids loved the pool and we saw turtles diving and munching on seaweed from our Lanai multiple times each day! We'd definitely return to the Kulukane!
