In the distinctive district of Sant'Ambrogio, which is full of restaurants and bars, this classically Florentine home with with terracotta floor, exposed beams and a delightful terrace close to all the city’s main tourist attractions and is perfect for exploring the city on foot.
The house is on the third floor of a building without an elevator and is made up of a living room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, one bathroom and a delightful terrace overlooking the city’s roofs that is perfect for breakfast.
The house can sleep up to 5 adults and is ideal for couples, groups, and families.
Facilities:
Free WIFI internet, sheets and towels, washer, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee pot, a toaster, an iron and ironing board, pedestal fans in all rooms.
Self-check-in
The apartment is equipped with home automation access, you can open the door to the street and the apartment door in total safety and autonomy, with your mobile phone.

Not recommended. The place was not adult/seniors friendly. It was situated in the 3rd floor with no lift accessibility. The situation was not properly specified during the reservation that we ended up embracing it up to end of our 13 days accommodations. Me and my disabled husband decided to limit our in and outs due to stairs struggle. Lesson learned to do more clarification before making reservations specially if the property is in the 3rd floor.
