Your Hilltop Hideaway ~ Newly-Remodeled!

The Hilltop Hideaway is a newly remodeled completely furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath Bungalow that will sleep 7. Newly installed AC will keep you cool and comfortable all summer long. This vacation rental allows you to be near all of the exciting happenings Traverse City has to offer while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. With a Full size washer and dryer onsite doing laundry for the family won’t be an issue. We also have a optional maid service for longer stays if desired.

This spacious two bedroom rental comes with a full kitchen: dishes, utensils, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The Hideaway includes two very comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. In the main living room there is a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. This rental includes two completely furnished decks so you can relax and take in a beautiful sunrise with a cup of java or finish the evening catching one of our beautiful sunsets!

Traverse City’s happening downtown scene is located just a few miles from your driveway. Staying near town allows you to be a few minutes away from downtown and West Grand Traverse bay’s Clinch Park. Clinch Park is the crown jewel of Traverse City and where all the local festivals are located. Downtown Traverse City has unique shops and cinemas that will captivate your stay. Our rental is located on the West side of Traverse City which allows you to be close to some amazing lakes. Long Lake, Cedar Lake, and Silver Lake are some of the great places to get outside and enjoy some time on the water. They are just minutes away, take your pick!

If you make a left out of your driveway and you will be headed towards Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, one of of the nation's top destinations. Making a right out of the driveway will take you to the world famous Moomers! Moomers was voted best hand dipped ice cream in the United States. Reviewers have dubbed Traverse City a 'Tuscany with water'. Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas offer the most picturesque wineries with popular award winning wines. Mario Batali names Traverse City's restaurants one of his favorites to visit. Your palate will be amazed by our very diverse mixture of eateries and a unique dining experience, our favorite being. At the Hilltop Vacation Rental you will be greeted with a warm Welcome that will not end until you depart!

The Hilltop Hideaway was even better than we thought it would be! It was clean, newly updated and quietly nestled by woods away from the busy road. Growing up in a beachfront town, he loves to swim and spend time playing beach volleyball.

As a high school junior he jumped at the opportunity to work on the beach for a local jet ski rental eventually working his way into a management role. His passion for boating grew through his college years as he became an avid wakeboarder. John then spent several years working with families and children as a local math teacher.

This background lends itself well to the customer service, now he can frequently be seen as the morning sun rises, with a smile on his face and his toes in the sand!

This spacious 2.5 acre property has long captivated my attention. Nestled just outside of downtown it makes the perfect place to live while being minutes from everything.

What makes this property unique

Whatever season suits you there is something for everyone for almost every outdoor sport for every season. This bungalow will allow you to be close to the downtown action but not constantly fighting traffic and crowds.
