The location of this apartment was excellent, it could not have been closer to the beach and restaurants, which is just what we wanted as my elderly parent has mobility issues. The fact that it has a lift and a car parking space too was advantageous, and only adds to the appeal of the property. The property was very well equipped, with everything you would want and need in a âhome from homeâ. The kitchen was excellent, and the fact that it has two bathrooms is great for families. The overall standard of cleanliness was very good too, although the apartment could most definitely do with a good lick of paint and some updated furnishings and in this respect, it felt very tired. There were marks on the walls, the towels were old and stained (although clean) and the bedding was stained too and very old (although clean). There was also a very nasty looking water stain on the ceiling in the lounge. The balcony was too small for 5 to 6 people to move around easily and the foldable chairs outside were very old and rusty, and the umbrella base was a trip hazard given the small size of the balcony (and not needed as there was no umbrella!) Although we would stay here again, we were disappointed that there was no full length mirror in two of the bedrooms, not enough plug points and not enough coat hangers.
