Fantastic apartment for 4-5 people, with shared pool and the beach only 340 metres away in canyamel (Capdepera)
This apartment is the perfect place for a dream-like vacation. The residential complex offers a wonderful shared chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.5 to 2 metres. It's surrounded by a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun or play with your children. In addition, you find the beach just 340 metres away. So you can enjoy some wonderful days between the beach and the pool and every day come back to the private terrace of the apartment and relax with the views to the mountains and the sea at the end.
Inside this apartment, located on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and comfy living- dining room where you can enjoy your meals all together and watch the TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There're 2 bedrooms with twin beds, AC and closet. One of them has room for a baby cot and a high chair also is available. Moreover, we'll prepare de sofa bed in the living for the last guest. There's one bathroom with a bath and the house is equipped with gas central heating.
Canyamel is a beautiful residential area belonging to Capdepera and with one of the best beaches in the area. You'll also find all services around like supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The golf course is only 2.5 km away and also the worth a visit Caves of ArtĂ and the Tower of Canyamel.
The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed ti use it without disturbing the neighbourhood.
The fire place in the living cannot be used.
