Summer holiday

We had a very pleasant stay in appartment 38 of Joanna. The appartment was clean and very convenient. We also enjoyed the big terras a lot. The pool and garden are very nice. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard, but that is only a small detail.

Lovely family holiday

The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the big balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy a bbq. The pool area is a lovely setting and our children loved it, it was also very quiet for mid-August - we often had the pool to ourselves! Would recommend hiring a car as there are lots of lovely places to visit nearby but equally there are also 3 great beaches within walking distance. Overall, a lovely and relaxing family holiday. Absolutely nothing to complain. A beautiful garden and pool. Everything was clean. We enjoyed every evening on the terrace of the penthouse with a nice view down to the lightened pool.You have to know that the beach is 5-10 Minutes to go. But this was never a problem for us.Thanks to Joana and James to have an early check in and late check out. So we had more time to enjoy.We will come back for sure.

Great apartment on great complex

The hosts (Joana and her husband) were always good with communication from booking through to our stay and departure, and very friendly. The apartment itself is excellent, clean and spacious with a lovely balcony terrace as well overlooking the pool area. The complex is excellent, not over developed with good security (gated access) and a lovely pool area. The location of the apartment is good with some beaches, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A short drive away (5 mins) is Porto Cristo with a lovely marina and beach area (as well as shops, bars, restaurants) A bit further away but still only 15 mins by car is Cala Millor one of the main tourist destinations on the island. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to book this apartment, we had a lovely holiday there.

Nice Apartment

We enjoyed 10 days at this apartment. The complex is quiet and the pool area perfect. Joana was very accommodating in meeting us early. The apartment is ideally located for the local beach which is a less than a 10 min walk away if you cut through the ‘bush’ area. Having the separate kitchen is ideal if you’re an early riser while the rest of the family sleeps. Rooms were a decent size and the aircon great. The only negative is that the apartment was advertised as “2 bathroom 2 bedroom” but then only mentions one shower in the detailed description. I had hoped they’d simply overlooked writing about the second bathroom but it does in fact only have one ‘bathroom’ with small shower cubicle and toilet and a further separate toilet. Other than the bathroom issue the apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Wunderbare Tage in Cala Anguila. 3 traumhafte Buchten in der Nähe und einen Pool in der Appartement Anlage. Diese ist nur für Gäste, bzw Bewohner zugänglich. Auf dem Balkon haben wir wunderbar gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen, tagsüber war es leider zu heiß. Beide Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Geräumige Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Ofen. Alles vorhanden. Es gibt eine Kühltasche und Sonnenschirme für den Strand, sowie Poolnudeln im Appartement. Strandtücher und Decke muss man mitbringen. Im Nachbarort Porto Cristo gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie eine Schnorchel-und Tauchschule, die Ausflüge anbieten.Auch die Cuevas del Drac sind einen Besuch wert. Joana ist sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt, wir durften etwas früher ein- und etwas später auschecken, aufgrund der Belegung, wenn die Wohnung mal leer steht.Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr großem Balkon, auf dem man sich zu viert gut aufhalten. Einrichtung ist perfekt, lediglich im kleinen Schlafzimmer ist der Stauraum etwas wenig. Ansonsten eine perfekte Unterkunft. Im Garten und am wunderschönen Pool war es nie voll, Liegen waren immer zu haben. Unser Parkplatz war auch immer für uns reserviert. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter waren zur Übergabe anwesend und haben uns alles erklärt. Kontakt über WhatsApp in Englisch war einwandfrei. Die Strände Cala Anguila und Cala Mendia sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder mal hierher.

Der Checkin verlief reibungslos. Die Eigentümer, Joana und James waren persönlich vor Ort. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mallorciener. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben. Sauber mit großer Penthouseterrasse. Schöner Blick auf den Pool. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man zu der wunderschönen Bucht von Anguilla zu Fuß über einen kleinen Pattweg gelangen kann ,(ca. 10 Min.) Küchenausstattung ok. Toll auch, dass 2 Sonnenschirme, Kühlakkus sowie Kühltasche vorhanden waren. Poolliegen sind zwar nicht ausreichend für alle Hausbewohner vorhanden, aber wir haben immer welche bekommen, wenn wir welche brauchten. Der Poll ist groß und bis 23 Uhr nutzbar. Ein Traum auch bei Nacht. Porto Christo mit seiner Drachenhöhle sind nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Vielen Dank Joana, dass wir das Appartement am Abreisetag so lange nutzen konnten, wie wir wollten. Es war eine tolle Woche in einer schönen Wohnung.

Merveilleux séjour!

Un grand merci pour ce beau séjour que nous avons pu avoir à Porto Cristo! L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé pour unfanille avec enfant de 3 ans et bébé de 5 mois. Bien localisé à 10 min de la plage et accès à de magnifiques installations pour la piscine! Je recommande!

Super Wohnung in wunderschöner Anlage

Die Wohnung und die Lage ist super. Der Standort entspricht zwar nicht dem welcher Fewo anzeigt, aber er ist trotzdem optimal in Strandnähe und in der Nähe zur Bäckerei und anderen Läden. Es gibt keine Meersicht. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was im Haushalt gebraucht wird wie Reinigungsmaterial, Alu-und Frischhaltefolie, Gewürze u.a. Salz und Pfeffer Haarföhn, Sonnenschirme für den Strand inkl. Halter für den Sand etc. Die Anlage mit dem Pool wird sehr gepflegt und es ist alles sauber und solange sich alle an die Regeln halten, ist der Pool von 8-23 Uhr geöffnet und nachts auch beleuchtet. Joana, die Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, reagiert schnell auf Whatsapp und spricht wenig Englisch und fast kein Deutsch. Ihr Mann kann sich in Englisch gut verständigen. Die Deutsche kommunikation geht am einfachsten per Whatsapp und Translater, stellt aber kein Problem dar. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen sowie auch der Ort und der Strand Cala Anguila ist einer schönsten Strände für uns.

schönes & gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich & unkompliziert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen & durch die Wohnung geführt. Es war eine sehr hübsche & saubere Unterkunft. Wir genossen den kurzen Weg zur idyllischen Standbucht, die gepflegte Anlage mit Pool sowie die grosse Terrasse. Das Kochen zu Hause war sehr angenehm, da die Küche für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Ferien verbringen & können es nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank Joana & Jamie.
