Pretty old house in outskirt of Avola, car dependant location. Third room has no windows and AC. Kitchen has basic amenities and kitchenware. we found beds not comfortable. Host was accommodative and responsive to our requests but the house needs some love and remodeling. Overall it's okey to stay for a week but maybe challenging for longer stay and over 4 people. Probably won't stay again.

All the mattresses are orthopedic; the third (and smallest) bedroom has a ceiling fan and connects to the living room, which is equipped with a 12,000 BTU air conditioner. Additionally, the third room features a skylight/hopper window. You probably didn't even look up. It is a vacation home and has everything necessary for comfort. The fact that the house is located on the outskirts is clearly stated in the listing. They requested extra items, which I promptly provided as a courtesy. They left the house very dirty; I bought them a new barbecue grill, which they left in terrible condition. Out of pure courtesy, I gave them a rating of 4, but the score they truly deserved is certainly less than 3.

La casa è ubicata in una buona posizione, le varie spiagge dei dintorni sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto.
