A 6th floor penthouse with elevator: air-conditioned, newly refurbished, well-lighted and with all the comfort you could need. Two wide bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, sea view terrace.
2 km away from “Parco Archeologico” and “Ortigia” island. Within walking distance you can reach “Ru Frati” rocks for a swim or the “Zen” sunroof and you could take a break on the big terrace with a view of the city and the Mediterranean Sea.
In the nearby you could find some interesting places to visit: Latomie dei Cappuccini, the "ru frati" rocks and the "Rossana Maiorca" cycling lane.
All the services are within walking distance: supermarket, drug store, post office, bank, coffee shop and bakery. A few steps from the house you could take the shuttle bus to reach Ortigia Island.
