El día antes de alojarnos nos avisan que nos cancelan la reserva. 8 personas con niños pequeños tejiendo que reservar de urgencia de un día para otro en Madrid en Verano . Una vergüenza. No aconsejo arriesgarse.

Deben mejorar la limpieza y agilizar el reintegro del depósito

Al llegar al apartamento notamos varias fallas de limpieza, de las que tomamos fotografías y le enviamos al propietario. Además, el sifón se encontraba tapado por la cantidad de pelos que tenía de anteriores huéspedes, lo que hizo que el agua se desbordara de la ducha. Tras notificar al propietario, no obtuvimos respuesta sino hasta al día siguiente sobre las 11 a.m., cuando ofreció enviar a alguien a repasar la limpieza. En cuanto al depósito, se nos exigió un depósito de EUR150 que a la fecha y hora de escribir este comentario, 11 días tras haber finalizado la estancia, no hemos recibido. Se nos dijo que hoy lo recibiríamos de regreso, pero ha terminado el día laboral y aún no ha ingresado el mismo.
