Great Italian experience

We had a great stay in this large rustic apartment perfect for our family with truly incredible view! Beds are very confortable and it’s very quiet at night. The host was super nice and helped us programming our leave. Just be aware there are 3 floors of steep steps good exercise! :-)aware there

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le port.Le balcon est assez étroit et ne permet pas d’y manger à 5 . Mais l’appartement est très vaste et vraiment agréable.Nous étions en haute période touristique et n’avons pas pu garer notre voiture dans la rue mais juste un peu plus haut.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement.

Die Wohnung ist zwar alt, aber sehr schön und hat eine sehr gute Lage.Es ist sehr schade, dass die nicht gepflegt und nicht sauber gehalten wird.Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir nicht erwartet wurden. Die Waschmaschine lief noch, das Geschirr und Besteck war schmutzig, die Wohnung seit längerem nicht gelüftet.Der Verwalter hat nur die Schlüssel übergeben, die Kurtaxe kassiert und war dann weg, ohne jegliche Erklärung zu Wohnung und Müllentsorgung.Nach dem wir uns organisiert und alles sauber gemacht haben, hatten wir schöne Tage in Ventimiglia verbracht

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Balkon mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Das Parken ist teilweise problematisch, weil kein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung am sich ist sehr groß und mit vintage Möbeln möbliert. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit, insbesondere in der Küche, sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden.

Wir waren im August da und haben sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Wir sind von nizza mit dem Zug angereist, der Bahnhof liegt auf der anderen Seite der Brücke im Tal und die Wohnung liegt auf dem Berg, d.h. sie sollten gut zu Fuß sein. Ein kleiner supermarkt für die täglichen Dinge liegt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich und der Balkon phantastisch. Zum Sandstrand muss man auch wieder einen kleinen Fußmarsch absolvieren, aber das lohnt sich sehr, kristallklares wasser und sehr sauber. Rundum ein toller Urlaub!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Buchung, Kontakt mit Joangelo und Check-In problemlos und unkompliziert. Schöne große Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und das tollste ist der Balkon mit dem Ausblick auf Hafen und Meer. Gute Lage zwischen San Remo und Nizza.

Schöne Wohnung mit dem besten Blick

Die Wohnung war toll und der hlick atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch super und alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn uns was gefehlt hat. Die Unterkunft hat zu dem perfekten Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir waren schon viele Male in Ligurien in Urlaub. Dieser war besonders schön und erholsam Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, der unglaubliche Blick auf das Meer und der tolle Balkon, hat uns überwältigt. Zu jeder Tageszeit ein unglaubliches Erlebnis Manche Dinge müssen noch in der Wohnung optimiert werden, dies haben wir mit dem sehr netten Mieter persönlich besprochen Besonders zu erwähnen ist Angelo, der Verwalter der Wohnung. Er war immer sehr nett und hilfreich Er hat jedes Anliegen von uns sofort umgesetzt und war immer zur Stelle, Der Vermieter selbst wohnt nicht in Italien, aber war telefonisch und per Mail auch immer für uns zu erreichen Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und nett. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und haben die Wohnung schon im privaten Kreis weiter empfohlen
