Los Altos No.27 is accessed via one flight of stairs from the parking area. The keysafe is on the wall by front door. There is a large entrance hall with stairs leading up to the lounge & also down to the bedrooms. A separate W.C. on this level.... downstairs there is the family bathroom which also houses the washing machine. Hall cupboard with a variety of things in. Both bedrooms are a good size and can accommodate being singles or doubles - superkingsize. Floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers and the Safe in master bedroom. 2 Hairdryers. The French doors in master room look onto a pretty patio making it light and airy. The en suite bathroom is finished to a high standard with power shower.

The family bathroom has a medium size bath/shower plus also home to the built in washing machine. The hall cupboard houses the ironing board etc.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor, the lounge is very spacious with a large corner sofa, 1 recliner chair and 1 smaller single. TV on wall and bluetooth speakers. Well stocked sideboard with a mixture of books/drinks/games & information leaflets .
The kitchen is separate with all modern appliances, home from home. There is ample plates/cutlery and cooking utensils. It is very well stocked with cleaning products and there is some dry/bottled food. A large fridge freezer, microwave, new electric oven & hob.
The french doors open on to the private terrace with circular table & 4 chairs. There is a built in bbq to the front. From here you can take the curved steps to the solarium which also has table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers.
The living room has a ceiling fan for the summer months and gas fire for the winter months, plus air con unit.
One step down from the lounge is the dining room with a table and 4 chairs - this opens out on to the rear terrace. The steps from here lead up to the shared swimming pool. Very handy when you want a drink or ice-cream.
