Alquiler de vacaciones en Nueva construcción. Situado en un barrio tranquilo. Situado en Torrey, cerca del Parque Nacional Capitol Reef. A poca distancia a pie de restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas de comestibles. Excelente vista desde todas las direcciones. 3 dormitorios con el maestro se encuentra en el extremo opuesto de los otros 2 dormitorios. Gran conjunto para una familia con niños o parejas múltiples. Baño principal incluye dos lavabos y una bañera de hidromasaje. Cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y platos para cocinar cuando se aloje en nuestra casa. Great place, close to Capital Reef. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. There is a small general store in town which had small selection of fruit and vegetables but will you will need to drive 1/2 hour for a large grocery store. Restaurants close by, would rent again for this area.

Cute little home. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Bring your own ziplock bags, Saran Wrap, or aluminum foil if needed. We appreciated the condiments in the refrigerator! It’s always a shame to buy them and throw them away a few days later. Bedrooms are a nice size. Could use dressers in the bedrooms to be able to unpack more belongings and have surfaces to put things on. Master closet has lots of hanging space but no useable shelves. Master bathroom very nice. Main bath also nice. My father was worried he would slip when showering, but I didn’t think the tub was slick. Maybe a grab bar would help. We thought the toys were a nice touch although we were not traveling with children. We did not receive any information about checking in but I messaged the owner the night before and she answered right away. There also is no manual or house rules that I can find so we had to message again to find out what we needed to do before checking out. All in all, a nice stay.

The proximity to Capitol Reef was great. The back yard was wonderful for star gazing. Not within walking distance of town, but we enjoyed our stay. Great value.

I was worried the day before we checked in because I hadn't heard from the host and hadn't seen any instructions on how to access the property. I sent a message through VRBO and within a few hours the host had gotten back to me with the door code to access the house. We had a great stay, the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for a quick getaway

Although we were very happy with the location and place overall, we were not able to get ahold of the host until late morning the day of check in, after having called the VRBO help line. That was very stressful, the lack of cell service made it even more challenging. We were able to enjoy Arches National Park and Capitol Reef National Park, they were fabulous!

Great views and easy location to town and Capital Reef. Lacie was quickly available to answer any of our questions. The home was clean and the furniture was really comfortable for all of us to hang out and socialize. Thanks for helping to make a great weekend.

The house was perfect for what we needed. We were very grateful that there was a washer and dryer. However, the property owner did not send us instructions for entering the property. We had to call her.

Great house in Torrey

My family of six adults stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to a little grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. Easy drive to Capitol Teef National Park.

This place was pretty great for us. Located close to all Torrey had to offer and, believe me there was more than you'd think. Access to Capitol Reef, plenty of good food, and a well stocked general store for all those essentials you may have forgotten. Clean and well stocked we found it comfortable and relaxing.

The location of the house was great and had a beautiful view from the backyard. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms looked newly renovated but the house needed a good cleaning.

Capitol reef visit

House was old but nice and clean. I had to ask for check in instructions and there were no check out instructions. But we had every thing we needed and I would give about a 4.8 with the only reason not a 5 just because the communication issues but would stay here again not perfect but very close.

House clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Nice having W&D however informed by host after check in dishwasher not to be used. Also did not get access code till kind of late. Great location, beautiful views. Great stay.

Capitol Reef Done Right

This home has great beds, including a king in main bedroom, modern bathrooms, a great open concept kitchen/living/dining for hanging out in the evenings. The rear patio has privacy and outstanding views. Reduce your luggage thanks to the washer/dryer. Access to the park is excellent. You can make multiple trips a day to Capitol Reef from the house, if desired. The proximity to the Chuck Wagon General Store is also convenient (just a couple of minutes) with basic but sufficient groceries, a bakery, breakfast/lunch/sandwiches. We only wish we had stayed longer.

Lovely property with inattentive hosts

There are so many positive things to say about this property! It is surrounded by beautiful views and conveniently located only 10 miles from Capitol Reef in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and spotless, the beds are comfy, and everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to contend with. My husband and I mostly enjoyed our stay, but travelers should know a few things before clicking that reserve button. The hosts will not send you their contact information. You will receive a message from them via the VRBO website containing the keyless door passcode just a few hours before you check-in, and you will not hear from them again. Their contact info will be posted on the fridge, which you will not have access to until you enter the house ... if you get in the house. The keyless entry pad is faulty, but don't worry, there's a key waiting just inside the door. The hosts will not respond to messages sent through the VRBO site, so we recommend taking a picture of the paper posted on the fridge with the hosts' phone numbers as soon as you enter the house (assuming you can get in). We highly recommend this rental property if you like to be left alone. If you prefer more attentive hosts, look elsewhere.
