Bryn Y Mor is a delightful cottage set near to Conwy in North Wales. With three bedrooms, including a double, twin and bunk room, along with a bathroom, this cottage can sleep six people. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and conservatory downstairs. To the outside is a small patio area with seating and off-road parking for 1 car.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview and DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Courtyard with seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: Parking at the rear is narrow, large cars may struggle. Note - From the end of May this owner will only accept a minimum of 3 nights.
