This 5-room house spans 170 m2 and features a comfortable and cozy furnishing. The living room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a TV, and a DVD player, with access to the terrace. There are four bedrooms, with one room having a French bed measuring 180 cm, another with a 160 cm French bed, and a third with a 160 cm French bed; each of these three bedrooms has access to the terrace. The fourth bedroom has two beds. The kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and access to the garden.
